Shipley Do-Nuts

Pros: Good service + bonus donuts = win

Cons: the donuts were very dry and had the texture of being made like a day ago :/ not a fan

These donuts are not very good. They are hard and stale. They are over priced for the quality of what they sell. Im overall disappointed.

I would love to leave a nice review (as most Shipley locations are amazing), however this is by far the worst location I have been to. Food was cold and even seemed stale. When asked for fresh glazed donuts, he said they could warm the ones he gave me up but they didn't have "fresh" ones. I arrived around 8:30 am, therefore fresh donuts should have been readily available. The kolaches were cold and the cheese inside was hard. I will not be going back, although by the way they run this place, it seems they really don't care for repeat business. Such a shame for the Shipley's name and reputation.

People are nice, however this Shipley’s has moved locations (off NASA rd 1) & changed employees & or owners. The donuts tasted & felt days old! Horrible actually… I never write reviews, maybe it was just an off day I don’t know.
I’ll stick to my Shipley’s closest to my home, they just happened to be out of what we wanted that day.

I am a HUGE fan of Shipley's, however this location was terrible. I got a few different donuts and they were cold and just terrible. It's almost like they use a totally different type of dough than other locations. Avoid this location.

Darn donuts have skunked to a very small size but the price was not lowered.

Come and visit their new location on NASA Rd 1 cross from McDonald's. A nice drive through and the staff seems more excited about the new place. I find the manager of this joint to be so professional and genuine. I like it when he makes everything easy for you especially when my little ones are so particular and fastidious with their orders. I like their butterfly cinnamon roll. Try it next time.

When I arrive at 7am for a half dozen of glazed donuts, I didn’t expect my donuts to be cold in the middle. Money waisted. I ended up throwing them away. I want be visiting this location anymore, just to receive warm donuts from the previous day

Donuts were good, but the employee was really nice and helped us pick out donuts. 5 stars for them.

Stopped by to grab breakfast this morning. My daughters donut was hard, obviously day old, and my old fashion cinnamon role was nothing but bread. No nut, no sugar, no butter and no cinnamon.
Tried to post pictures because I am amazed at how bad shipleys has become.
