As quick and fresh. Couple times they didn’t give me my correct order. But besides that very friendly staff. My kid loves it before school. Great way to bribe him to be good in school. Thanks y’all

Flew down from Niles Michigan to see some family and had the chance to visit there this morning for the first time. I've always raved about the Kolachi's in Texas but the ones I was served today was by far the best one's I've ever had. Don't even get me started on the doughnuts. Lol! Oh so good! Shipley's you brought out my inner fat man this morning and I plan on eating there again before I head home. Great service, friendly atmosphere and the food was great. Thank you folks for the breakfast this morning.

With the previous owner, it was great. But with the new owner, it is terrible. Even when they're appropriately staffed, there is no rush or synergy among staff. There is no communication for someone to grab part of an order while the register person is still taking orders. One person checking out everyone, and they're inefficient. Lines are back to the bathroom inside, and out to the road outside. Many times they don't utilize the outside person with a tablet to help advance the car line. It would seem as though they have more business than with the previous owner, but it's just simply that they're not keeping up. 20-30 minute lines inside. The person at the register needs to only be getting donuts, and have a runner for kolaches and drinks and anything else that is not closely located by the register. Too much chit chat with the customers. I also understand that the new owner is not ever there, and has told the workers not to contact him, call him, or bother him, but to simply run the business. This is not good business ownership qualities. Once Dunkin' donuts opens up, you're going to lose a lot of business if you don't get this problem resolved.

16$ for four small kolaches! What has happend!!! Update....I finally tried Slovaek breakfast kolaches, and they are by far bigger, tastier, and cost less. Shipley, you need to step it up!!!

Gotta love Shipley's in a hurry. The fritters are hit or miss but the blueberry iced don't miss. Very friendly staff too.

Have been coming to Shipleys since I was a kid. Employees should definitely learn a thing or two about customer service.! There was mold in a kolache that I had ordered yesterday. had a few leftover that were refrigerated and warmed up. and I called to tell them about it just to let them know there was something going on with the kolache’s and a young man has the audacity to tell me I don’t know what’s in your refrigerator, but the mold is not from us. Not apologies unsure how that may have happen thanks for letting us know.

Great selection, quality of food is always consistent. Very quick to go in and out. Drive through is efficient and even faster when they send someone out with a tablet to place orders so all you do at the window is pay and pick up. Great service. Bathrooms have always been clean when I used them. If you go inside, you can see them making the donuts through a window. It's fun for kids and adults.

We stopped into Shipley's Do-nuts today. It was our first time probably our last. Duncan's are opening soon across the street.
When we arrived around 1230 there was no other customers. One girl was cleaning the donut counter behind the front, a young looking guy was refilling the refrigerator with drinks, another person in the back and a young guy at the counter. No one acknowledged us, said hello, morning or anything. Although the guy at the counter was somewhat looking at us it wasn't clear he was ready to help us until we asked for help. He was wearing street clothes as were the other employees not very professional.

It would be great if you updated your holiday open or closed hours. Google says you're open today. It's Thanksgiving oh, I drove all the way here for it. There's no sign saying your hours for the holiday. Be better
