The donuts are always fresh and the staff is very friendly.

Shop was open, but no one came to the drive thru window. When I parked my car in the lot and walked into the shop, I noticed that everything was put away and cleaned up as if the shop was already closed fir the day. After calling out "Hello," a woman appeared from the back and I requested a dozen glazed donuts. I attempted to make small talk by asking her about her day, but she did not respond. She quickly placed my boxed order on the countertop and then proceeded to walk away saying, "Have a nice day." When I asked for the purchase receipt, she placed it on the counter and quickly walked away. I realize that we are not always in the best mood by the end of our workday, but friendly customer service is important too. As a teacher, me and my fellow coworkers are also exhausted by the end of the day, but our workday is not over just because the end-of-the-day dismissal bell has rung. Smiles and courtesy are expected of us all, even 10 minutes before closing. I am disappointed that for so many now, rudeness and disrespect are standard practice, not the exception.

National Free donut day! Wrong, Jean has horrible customer service, she doesn't say hello coming into the store doesn't look like she wants to be there and is listening to music with air pods in her ears. When asked if we could get the free donut for national donut day advertised on the window she said she couldn't do it because she already put the order into the computer. Didn't say anything else just turned away and ignored us.

The staff is always so friendly and welcoming, you can’t help but like this place. Donuts and kolaches are always good and I never have any issues with my order. I love coming here on a Saturday morning.

Every time my family stops here, they leave something out of our bag. I’m always trying to get out of the drive-thru because there is usually a line so I always fail to take inventory of what’s in our bag. Maybe one day I’ll learn. 🙄👎🏼 Still giving 3 stars because they make great doughnuts and kolaches.

The food is decent, but I haven't been able to enjoy the stuff I like due to language barriers and employees not understanding English very well. You order jalapenos and sausage kolaches? You get sausage kolaches without jalapenos. You want cream filled donut? You get chocolate cream on the inside.
Please hire some staff who have a better grasp of the english language for the sake of your customers.
