The sign say the store open at 4:30 am, however the woman seems really annoyed that customers are there at 4:30 am. Also they only have a limited amount of items ready at 4:30 am. The food isn't the problem it is the customers service. Maybe the store owner should change the open times.

Like others have said before. The store opens at 4:30 AM on Monday. Yet you get there at 4:30 AM, you sit at the window for five minutes, then when someone finally comes you’re treated like you’re crazy for being there, and are rudely told nothing is ready to order.
You wait twenty minutes and go back to the window, where again you are rudely greeted and told the only thing ready is a few glazed donuts.
WHAT A JOKE.
Customers have been reporting the same problems, I’m sure even more have had these issues but not said anything.
Clearly it’s falling on deaf ears.
DO SOMETHING.
From now on I’ll go somewhere else for my morning breakfast. There are a dozen places in the New Caney area where you can get breakfast while also being treated nicely, and when other places open they have their food ready and prepared.
Shipley’s is failing miserably.

Will not go back. Used the drive thru, placed my order, and got home to some weird donut. Ordered a dozen glazed, half plain glazed, the other chocolate glazed. They weren't chocolate at all. In fact they almost look like the plain glazed. When I called up there, I was talking to the EXACT person that got my order together. The guy could not grasp what I was telling him, and could only say " Does it have icing on them or are they like regular donuts?" Why does a customer know the difference when someone says "glazed" and not an employee that makes the donuts. He couldn't even grasp that I told him that they don't even look like chocolate donuts, and he replied ,"They don't? Do they have icing on them?" WTH ?!?!?!

This Shirley’s has always been the worst manage, the worst tasting and worst cleanliness of the entire franchise! Tried to go today and the single employee told us they were out of donuts! Really? You only have one job!

Clean, friendly, and fast, their coffee was nice and rich with a good robust roasted flavor. It went well after having my 2 kolaches.

I see what others are saying. The customer service! 1st time coming didn’t buy anything. Went through drive-thru. I asked a question regarding a donut and the lady in drive-thru turn the other way like she was keeping herself from saying something she may regret. Her demeanor was nasty like she was upset that I asked a question. She didn’t answer my question so I politely told her never mind and drove away. Imagine how they care for the food prepared for people to eat. Will not go back.

This location is such a joke when it comes to customer service came through here the other day and caught the most disrespectful attitude I've had in a minute from a staff member at the drive thru all because I said my Kaloche seemed a little cold. I don't plan on returning

I went through drive through I was the only one in line the lady at the window kept rushing me.I finally suspended my order and paid for for the 3 items I got and went and finished my order at another donut place. I won’t be back to this place.

I really like this place. Staff are friendly here. Donuts are delicious but the first time I came in here. I came in hoping the kolaches were going to be good. But they were horrible. People probably like them but I did not they were as if the dough wasnt even fully cooked.
