Walker's Cafe

Everything looks amazing to me. My wife had a nice chicken salad. Their fried stuff looks very yummy to me but I didn’t get to try it this time. One thing I dislike tho is the cooking smell is very strong. They should work on the venting system.

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience here. The wait staff was welcoming and accommodating. I ordered from the healthy section of the menu. The grilled chicken came with grilled brocolli and cauliflower and was cooked to perfection. I could only eat half of it in one sitting so I went home with leftovers. I had peach cobbler with ice cream for dessert.

Forget what they call it but was very good. Hamburger pattie with pimento cheese(had pecans in it!) and 3 strips of the best bacon I think I've ever had on top. Came with sliced avocado and a salad that had fresh broccoli, green bell pepper, cucumber like right out of the garden. Was so good!

Great little place was only open till 2pm. Serving burgers and sandwiches and also keto and healthy alternatives. It was all fresh and tasty. They serve breakfast till 2 also but this was our first time there and we'll have to get that next time.

Honestly one of the best chicken fried steaks I've ever had. This place is a small town gem and you should eat here.

Really good. Massive portions and friendly service. Nice hidden gem for someone passing thru. The chicken fried steak and waffles were amazing. My wife had scrambled eggs with cheese and bacon and really enjoyed it. The bacon was crisp and delicious. The potatoes were also delicious. Cooked to perfection.

We have been going to Walker's for well over twelve years and have been treated like family from the very first day. Breakfast, lunch or early dinner, always well prepared and at a fair price. Serving the old standards and new offerings on the more healthy side and always happy to meet your dietary needs and concerns. Friendly is their first name, quality is their middle name and delicious is their last name. Walker's is very active in the community and is happy to help with phone and delivery orders.

Service was prompt and the food was awesome. I had the chops 1 grilled and 1 fried, preferred the grilled but no prob with the fried either. My wife had gumbo and loved it, especially the nice lil kick!

We made a pit stop on our way home from Galveston. This establishment had a hometown feel to it. We really enjoyed the food and atmosphere.
