I just want to say that I haven’t ordered flowers in a while. When I called to order a small arrangement to brighten my friends day up, the staff was extremely helpful! I have a budget and she said this would be beautiful! They also are delivering it! It was easy for me and it wasn’t expensive at all!

This is the absolute cutest gift boutique & coffee shop — a perfect place to stop if you are passing through Madisonville, Texas! There is so much to look at, and I always leave with shopping bags full of unique and fun things! The specialty coffees are delicious, and the coffee bar helps make it a fun atmosphere. All the ladies working there are so genuinely nice and helpful. — You can just tell this is a happy place!!

I went to Heart to Heart looking for last-minute fresh flowers to take to a graveside memorial service. I stated my price point and was rewarded with a gorgeous little arrangement that exceeded my expectations -- and fast!! My only regret was that I didn't have more time to explore the lovely gift shop, which was full of beautiful and unique things. I usually hate gift shops, but I wanted to see everything in this one. If you're in Madisonville, especially if you're female (it's just not a dude sort of place), don't miss this shop.

First time in Madisonville, my best friend takes me to heart to heart where we were followed around, at one point the girl working was hiding behind a shelf peeking through it watching us, she made our shopping very uncomfortable. I still managed to find a couple of thing I wanted and to no surprise she was even ruder at the register. Awful customer service from young long dark haired girl. I don't steal and we were shopping like normal people. We ended up goin around corner to a western gift shop next to the legend steak house, lady in there was most pleasant so we spent our chunk of change w her.

I went thru a tragic loss. I was utterly in shock and just trying to make it thru to the funeral. I messaged Wendy and asked her to make a wreath for me. She kept me in the loop the entire time she was making it to ensure it was exactly what I wanted. Bubba, Wendy, Hope and all the others will do all they can for their customers. The wreath was delivered on time and received so many compliments. We continue to use Heart to Heart for all of our gift and floral needs.
