I placed 3 to go orders today at 12:13. We are at 1:26 and after almost an hour and a half we have 3 ice cold orders. When i called i was very specific. The girl on the phone was attempting to take my orders while talking to several other people. She repeated the orders which were correct over the phone. When we got there to pick up every single order was wrong. One order didnt even make it to the kitchen at all. All of our drinks were left off the order. They went back and forth many times ATTEMPTING to correct the orders. That didnt go well at all. Speaking with the owner, i asked if now that we have freezing cold food almost and hour and a half later she could not compensate us for our time. The orders are still wrong by the way. HORRIBLE and after years of eating here i will NEVER GO BACK.

Great hometown cafe. Breakfast was fast and hot. Service was great. Very friendly people. Good prices too.

First time going here and the food and atmosphere was spectacular!!! I ordered the catfish & shrimp, it was cooked too perfection!! Fresh not frozen fries, some of the best pinto beans and Cole slaw I have had in a while. My husband ordered the chicken fried steak and it was NOT a lot of breading, it was just enough and seasoned just right. We will go back soon to check out their breakfast. Stop by and give them a visit. You will not be disappointed. Be Blessed

Very good home cooking in a down home atmosphere. Very friendly service and you leave with a belly full of wonderful food.

The wait staff deserve 5. Stars, the new cook is still learning but, the hospitality that is abundant throughout help to make up for it. I am not giving a 5 star rating though because my Philly Cheese Steak was WAY TO SALTY and having recently had a major heart attack the 1 bite was all I needed. A cook/chef who doesn't taste there food before serving is a big No no...

Poor poor everything. Poor service, poor coffee, poor food management. Got here at 12:45, an hour later not seeing our food or much of our waitress. Had to have a different one get us a refill and tell us our food would "be right out" 30 minutes ago. They ran out of cornbread and catfish early on (it takes 20 minutes to make more cornbread, hello).
Hearing other people around us complain that they have never had to wait so long for their food before.
The waitresses aren't wearing masks, not a single one, despite website saying people had to, and the coffee is so thin it is light brown, not dark.
We walked out after the manager said our ticket had only shown it was put in 16 minutes ago. Waitress fail, believed by the manager. Okay, scratch this one off the list...

If you love home cooking this is your place! A huge variety on the menu, so get ready to have to make up your mind! I love their salad bar! I have been there several times, and haven't had the same thing twice! Great service, great food, and little cafe atmosphere. I highly recommend you go try the food. You'll be glad you did!
