Coffee Love

I love visiting local coffee shops when I travel. They have one brand of sugar free syrup. When I expressed I didn't care for my drink all I was offered was other sugar free options 🙄, didn't receive a refund. The website shows coffee mugs being used, when I asked for one I was told they don't have them. Part of the experience of a coffee shop is being able to drink from a coffee mug which is why I visit them instead of going to chain coffee shops. While I appreciate the aesthetics of the place, you can still have old, vintage furniture without it being so dirty. Every chair/couch was FILTHY. It was hard to pick a "less clean" seat. Last, I came in with my toddler and the use of profanity wasn't muted for their guests. On a positive note, the food and dessert was yummy. I don't recommend this place, there is another local coffee shop with great coffee and extremely friendly staff!!

I've been coming here for years and it's always great. The vibes are cozy and drink selection + lunch menu are really good! I love their chipotle mayo, I wish I could get a copy of the recipe.

Was in town for work and had some downtime so found this little magical coffee shop.
Different than what you find in big cities which makes it even more special with its local love for coffee atmosphere.

Best coffee in texas and yes they welcomed my service animal….. Brutus my service dog met the friendliest people. Very impressed with the service and the atmosphere. Will definitely be back. Starbucks has nothing on them.

Simple small town coffee shop. Nice employees, good coffee selection, a little on the weak side but still pretty good. Nice service though they do have to step up and tell rude or inappropriate customers somthing, has happened 2 of the 3 times I've been in.

Great coffee and food, quaint feel, amazing prices. Skip the SBs they have great drinks and lunch here.

This place is so cool...you just have to go in to see it! It's cozy, lots of seating in sofas and big fluffy chairs. Coffee and pastry are both great!

Food is decent, staff is usually okay. A bit overpriced and the owner is quite rude. He usually sits in the lobby with the customers, often snapping at them over minuscules things, sometimes before they even order. Have had the experience myself; after sitting my bag down beside me, he snapped to tell me to place it on the floor. Very odd experience.

I like their coffee so I brought my husband here on his birthday. It was his first time going and I was sure he'd enjoy it. However, when we arrived it was awkward. We walked up to counter and stood for minutes and was never greeted. Then another lady came in and cut us in line because it was so unorganized and we had yet to be greeted. We were looking right at them, almost standing directly in front of the two staff members, and they both acted like they didn't see us.. Not a "Welcome" or "I'll be right with you". Not "Hello!", nothing.. silence. No one knew what was going on and after standing in awkward silence waiting on someone to at least acknowledge that we were standing there, we decided to leave and go to Starbucks. It was embarrassing for everyone. Oh well!

Honest/general feedback based on my two other visits here: The fibe is chill, cozy, and comfortable. I enjoy the art hung up all over the walls from various and upcoming artists. However, the furniture and rugs in the establishment needs either an upgrade, or a deep cleaning. It makes me a bit uneasy sitting on a dingy couch and eating or drinking anything. It's all cloth so I'm sure it's not easy to clean, but it probably should be, since it's considered a food establishment. There was hair on the couch. The tables I've sat while waiting on my to go order, were dirty each time and there was a lot of dust. The floors were gross. One time we came in and there was literally animal POO on the floor. I have NO earthly idea why. Yes I still came back because I like their drinks. Their coffee drinks are really good; just as good or even better than Starbucks. Management needs training on proper customer service. They have the potential be great, but these things I've mentioned would make a huge difference and would allow them to keep up with their competitor. Cleanliness and poor customer service is why I could only give 2 stars.
