Dutch Bros Coffee

I've been a DB Fan for 20 years plus.. started out in Oregon and California.. I drove 113 miles, 1 way today to get here... i did read reviews first and noticed Everyone was complaining about wait times🤣. I've been #32 in line before waiting for a DB beverage. Waited 45 minutes in line before and I've never complained..... Every DUTCH BROTHERS I've been to is Awesome....

I love the coffee, but the line is unreal. Once you are in it, good luck getting out (might be a strategy).
Unless this issue is addressed I will not be going back. You have to have absolutely nothing on the calendar that day or you will be late. I was there on 12/24 and I was in the line for an hour and 15 minutes, conservatively. No apology either. They are not like this at locations I have been to previously, get it together please.

I had to try the coffee when I kept seeing soooo many cars in line. Starbucks beware! I finally stopped one morning before a meeting, and now I get it! Firstly, customer service is all its own unique vibe. Every single time, the person taking your order is helpful and engaging, treating you as if you're the only customer there. Then, at the drive up window, if your drink isn't ready, the cashier asks how your days going and what you're up to. Making you feel like they genuinely care. Such a different but welcomed experience! I get the white chocolate lavender hot coffee. It's heavenly.

Literally waited in drive through line 27 mins at this location. I was the 4th car!Then girl asked for a tip before I even got my drink. Absolutely not after waiting in a drive through for almost 30 mins. The girl stood at the service window joking with her friends after they had already paid.

Update. They seem to have worked out a lot of the line time issues and I have really enjoyed going back!

I really want to like DutchBros! I think the drinks are good and the staff is nice but the wait time is so long it’s not feasible to grab a drink without being late to work. I’ve been stuck in the line for over 25 minutes on two occasions now. Hopefully they are able to become efficient because this wait time makes it difficult to choose them.

Avoid this location. Came here twice at different times (10 am and 1:30 pm) to the same result. EXTREMELY long waits. The three prong drive thru is causes a bottle neck and could prolong you wait even longer. This so so dumb. The drinks are as expected, but it’s not worth the wait.

Ive been to this location a couple times and they always disappoint me. I appreciate the nice staff but my drinks are never made right that and it’s a very slowww drive thru. I decided to give it another try and ordered a popular drink , and It literally tasted like straight up cold milk.

Honestly I avoid this place if there is any kind of line because it’s a given 20-30 min wait. Tonight there were only 3 cars in line and I wanted a coffee for my 6 hour evening drive, so I hopped in line. After sitting in the same spot for 15 mins, no cars move and no drinks given to the cars in front of me, I gave up and drove off. Back to monsters for the night it is. Good coffee. Terrible service

I am highly disappointed in this store. I have been a DB customer for over 10 years and have NEVER experienced this much dissatisfaction. When I lived in AZ I would ALWAYS request extremely light ice and was not once told I would be charged extra because they would have to use more milk/heavy cream. So I told the girl just make it w/o the extra but I still want extremely light ice that I would be ok with the cup not being all the way full for all 3 drinks. In my opinion the ice melts and dilutes the flavor! Mind you we drove over 100 miles to go to DB's because that is the closest location. So we get our drinks, we're ok and head of to Michael's to do some craft shopping...finish and go back to DB to get drinks to take home because we're not going to drive 100 miles every day to get our DB's fix for few days. We order 6 more drinks to put in cooler and when we get our drinks they are HALF FULL and prices vary which we have never seen in 12 years of buying them. At this rate I might as well not travel to this location and use the closest Starbucks because this is about the 3rd time this location has provided less than the DB experience I am use to. Very disappointed and totally not the Dutch Bro's experience that I have always gotten. 😞

First time here. I was out of my cold brew. They need more help. You cant have one guy running a shop this busy. I felt bad for him. I came to walk up window and honestly don’t know how long I would of waited if I wouldn’t of asked, if it would be easier to go in car line. 16 mins and I still don’t have a cold brew with oat milk only. I prob won’t be back. I don’t like Starbucks but sometimes it’s convenient if you’re in a crunch and ran out of your coffee like I did. I have somewhere to be and figured 20mins for coffee would be plenty of time. I sure hope the employees get paid well cuz no one was happy.
