Dutch Brothers in Hudson Oaks really needs to get it together! It usually takes them a bit, which has become a pattern so I was expecting it, however tonight was over the top. Good grief, people were pulling out of line leaving and it took over 30 minutes for simply 2 cars to move forward. I do business all over Dallas Fort Worth and our family frequents Dutch Bros, however this is the only one that seems to have these continuous issues. I hope they make some changes or I’m afraid this location may not succeed.

This Dutch Bros has the slowest service. Barista are unconcerned about filling orders in a timely manner much less customer satisfaction. 2 times in a row I have had to get a refund after waiting to get my order. I was asked if I would like the GM to call me. Of course Ali has not returned my call. I am sure the employee did not give her my number. Unfortunately the GM is not vested in building a quality business. I really thought more of Dutch Bros. But I was wrong.

Saturday at 2 pm and and at most a 8 minute wait. There was a long line but fortunately someone came out and took orders outside. Worth the wait. I'll be back!

The drinks are great. The friendly service is great. The wait is Not great. First time was 25 minute wait around 8pm. Second time was 22 minute wait around 1pm to get to the window, from that point I didn't look at the time, may have been a little over 25 minutes total. Why do only 2 people work here at a time? They need a large blinking sign that says Now Hiring.

Loved this location ! The three ladies that helped me were so kind , and they were super fast as I was in a rush to a bball game. Great start to the day!
…. And the way the lines are set up is awesome !

I love Dutch Bros but I do not love this location. I am aware that this location is very new, and still in a learning curve, but I am extremely disappointed with the wait times just to get one or two simple drinks. The lines are always long and once you are in line you cannot leave due to set up of drive-through. All the other Dutch Bros locations I have gone to are far superior and I never had to wait more than five minutes even during busiest hours. The longest I waited for a drink at this location was 30 minutes. I could drive all the way to Fort Worth, get a drink and come back in the time that it took to wait at this location. I have given them multiple chances, and been disappointed every time.

We went to this location and timed the moment we pulled into the drive through lines until the time it took to pull out with our drinks. 1 hour and 12 minutes, no kidding. After 30 minutes it did become a joke because I thought people were exaggerating but nope. All we could do was laugh and make jokes to each other. We have been back a couple times since and the wait has not gotten any better. Most of the time, there are two maybe three or more people working there at a time. The person that takes your order at the window (rarely have someone taking orders outside) has a job of just talking and not working on speeding the line by helping to make drinks. I have been a fan of Dutch Bros for decades when I was living in Washington. This one for some reason can not get it together. The drinks are inconsistent depending on who is making them for some reason. The last time we went, which will probably be our last, the order taker and barista were talking quietly about my tip because they thought I could not hear them. The order taker said what the tip amount was to the barista who seemed to be put off said” that is not 20%!” Well, if I am expected to wait in long lines, pay for inconsistent drinks that are not special requests and then get put down for not tipping the amount they feel (why they get tipped at all is beyond me), I am now taking my business somewhere else. Too bad because I was super excited to have this one so close. I think a change in management would be the only reason I would return.
