Waited 15 minutes in line and only 3 cars ahead of me had their coffee. The fact this Dutch Bros has 3 drive thru lines is laughable considering they can’t handle 1 line at a mellow time in the morning. In the end I had to skip the line and my coffee because they were so slow.
As I drove past the window, there were 3 employees and only 1 doing the work. I am a big fan of Dutch Bros; I have been to several others and they are always fast, consistent and highly aware of the lines in their drive thru. They often have someone out taking orders in the drive thru because they get so busy.
This location seems inexperienced, lazy and unaware; not what this brand is built on or what I expected.
I will not return as there are other local coffee places I can support that will put more effort into their business.

Got in the drive thru at 9:00 PM, finally make it to the window to order at 10:03 PM just to be told they are closed and aren’t taking anymore orders! Absolutely horrible customer service!! Why not come out and tell everyone an hour ago they won’t be taking anymore orders so we don’t waste an hour of our time sitting in your drive thru!!

Man, oh man. The carmelizer blended is like sipping a little bit of Heaven. My wife loved whatever blackberry stuff she was drinking too. (Get the carmelizer.)

Absolutely LOVE this place! I'd never been to one before but my roommate raved about it, so we went soon after it opened. *Wow* it's fantastic. A little pricey, but in my opinion the taste, choices, and quality all fairly match the pricing. Everyone is extremely outgoing and friendly and I keep looking forward to coming back. I was thinking of making it a once weekly thing at least, but now I really want to bump up to two or three.

I went through the drive thru of the Hudson Oaks location on Friday night, 9/24/22, between 9 - 10 PM. I wasn't having a good evening and I hoped that a large Mocha Freeze would turn my mood around. I waited less than 5 minutes in line before it was my turn to pull up.
The two young women working in the drive-thru were exceptionally kind and cheerful. It was a pleasure to watch them working as a team that was focused on getting my beverage made quickly. The girl who made my drink wrote "Have a great day" and drew a happy face on the lid of my cup. I was astonished how something so simple could instantly brighten my evening! I made sure to thank both of them. As always, my Mocha Freeze was superb. Thank you!

Updating from 2 stars to 1 star…
8 cars in line and one boy sashaying back and forth once every 5 minutes to scribble down a single car order at a time. And only taking the second car from the windows order at that. He didn’t want to walk out from under the shade. I guess they didn’t want to have 10 kids standing around not working. Now they just have 1. I waited until I was free of the parking curbs before getting out of line. I wish this location could get it together. We don’t have to drink your coffee.
Coffee is amazing but the drive thru is totally stupid. Watching everyone else pull up after you in three different lanes and drive away with coffee while you have two screaming children in the car… super wasteful having all that staff that can’t prioritize who pulled up when. It’s like they’re trying to be Chick-fil-A without any of the precision. Great coffee, terrible execution.

Easily the best chain coffee (and tea) that I have had in a long while. Starbucks can move out - Dutch Bros does it better!
The negative reviews on here citing wait time and confusion regarding the lanes are valid - but this is a completely new location with massive local interest driving crowds. Some growing pains are to be expected, and the staff seem truly happy.
That makes all the difference for me!

If you love waiting in line for 30 minutes with no exit opportunity, this place is for you!!!!! Absolutely the worst drive thru experience ever! When you sit in t his line with screening kids you really contemplate life decisions that Starbucks is worth it even with all their BS. Never going back to this location! Sad to see new businesses be this bad I want the best for them but come on your a drive thru coffee place!! You’re not reinventing the wheel!

I see a lot of the negative reviews are based on time and the weird 3 lane drive through. While I agree with the stupidity of the 3 lanes (some kind if Chick-fil-A fail for sure) this place is still new and learning and yes - young kids work here. The work force is suffering now and most places are struggling with inexperienced staff and young employees so give it a break. The young lady who helped me was the absolute sweetest and gave GREAT customer service. My campout cold brew was amazing and I'll be back for sure! :)

In all fairness, I LOVE Dutch Bros. Coffee. But this particular location, not so much.
I visited this location on Sunday afternoon and waited in line for over 35 minutes as the vehicle behind the lead car at the pick up window. I watched for those 35 minutes as the young woman in the drive thru window hang out of the store, wiping her nose and gossip. Yes, she had a 35 minute chat session with the car in front of me.
Finally a younger adult brought out my Carmelizer Melt and apologized stating the woman working the drive thru was already "talked to". There was a very long line behind us where to the best of my knowledge from what I could count... a minimum of 18 cars.
After being handed my already melted order, the worker in the drive thru continued gossiping, carefree and not concerned the least bit. I sat for an additional 5 minutes honking my horn until the lead car finally moved.
My overall wait time was almost an hour. For coffee.
Not cool, Dutch Bros. Not cool
