Dutch Bros Coffee

If I could rate this place less than one star then I would have. Starbucks is definitely still my go, it cost the same and less of a wait time. Let’s not forget the fact that the drinks by the time we got up to the window must’ve been sitting because it taste like pure water and there was nothing in them tasteless! Dutch what!!!!

The coffee is good, but not good enough for a 30+ minute wait EVERY time I go.

First, my iced coffee was delicious! The problem is; it took 30+ mins to get it!! It wasn't even that busy, maybe 4 cars ahead of me. I'd like to try again but I don't have that much time to waste for a $7 iced coffee.

Absolutely LOVE the coffee love Dutch lived in Oregon for a year so very familiar with the culture. HOWEVER the service here is absolutely HORRIBLE
Dutch usually moves with a sense of purpose. This is new to the DFW area Dutch is so they def need more employees and the ones they do have need to work with a sense of urgency with as many people as they have wanting their coffee/drinks

I go to dutch bros everyday and was so excited when the Hudson oaks location opened but I will not be stopping at that one anymore until they can get it together. They can hardly get my order right and this morning I got there at 5:15am their was 3 cars in front of me. I left at 5:45am with no coffee and one car still in front of me

Long wait times compared to other stores. Love the product. Just don't go as often due to time.

I sat in line for 30 mins and still left without ordering anything! The line was around the building, nobody outside taking orders, and the guy at the window is leaning out the window chit chatting with everyone!! Horrible Horrible Horrible! Shut it down already!
Btw: one car in front of me and three behind me drove off. I bet we woulda drove off sooner if we weren't locked in!!

I sat in this line for over an hour and ended up leaving due to waiting for an excessive amount of time. There needs to be some major adjustment for the drive-thru procedures at this location. In the service industry, the upmost importance is speed of service. This place lacks it, and it will not succeed if this pattern continues.

It is absurd how long it takes to get one coffee at this location! Multiple times I've waited in line for over 30 minutes. The staff here are friendly, but I'm never going here again if there's more than a couple cars in line. Ridiculous.
