They are so slow. Went to window to wait another 15 minutes for my drink. Apparently they take care of drive line, before they take care of costumers at the window. Terrible service. Drive into Fort worth, you'll save time.

I enjoy their coffee. The staff seem more interested in entertaining themselves than taking care of the customer. 4 cars in line, takes 15 minutes to get to the window.

Staff here are so kind and welcoming. Keira I believe was her name, in the window was the sweetest. Ordered iced Golden Eagle with soft top. Delicious. My favorite drink is always the iced Christmas morning. (iced chai and white chocolate breve) Dutch mojito soda is refreshing and unique. the Annihilator hot is everything. Sugar free options and a good amount of variety for those of us who need to watch our sugars. Recommend this location so much! New mom so I'll be here regularly lol

Dutch Bros is very good anywhere except in Las Cruces, NM.
They need to get better in making the coffee and other drinks.

Sooo slow! I get that they are new but they need to figure out how to get people through the line. Only one person was taking orders. 40 minutes in a drive thru is unacceptable. Will not be returning until they figure out the drive thru process!

My First morning here was Today! Order taking needs to be Faster if possible. I was on my way to work and waited a while to get my order in for only 1 drink and 1 car in front of me.

I usually go when it less busy because it can get so busy and congested, but the drinks are worth it especially for how much you get!

Ruined our order in multiple ways and double charged us for their mistake. A disaster menu of "designer" coffee and they can't make a flat white. Order from the menu only would be my advice. Called their very kind customer service and got it squared away though. Second star for that highlight.
