Dutch Bros Coffee

Literally the sweetest and most helpful team in the morning. No matter what mood I wake up in they always make my day great!

The coffee is great. The people are friendly, but you have got to figure out how to speed up. Waiting for almost an hour for two drinks isn't going to cut it!

First time to be here. Husband and i ordered chai hot in medium. Service was ok. Had to go through a drive thru 20 mins to get the order. If you need info on all their products, better check the app 1st before going.

Just went to Dutch Bros and yes I arrived right before closing but 7 min BEFORE closing. I sat behind a young man's car who received his drinks as I pulled up I observed him looking at me from his side view mirror and the young woman leaning out the window of Dutch Bros look at me. He then paid for his drinks and decided to order a few more drinks all while eyeing me in his mirror. He receives his drinks and talks to the young woman laughing and smiling. Hey it's NYE everyone's in a festive mood right? As I pull up to the window my car clock turns to 11:00 and you guessed it she looks me dead in the eye and says I'm sorry we're closed! WTH!

15 minutes without evening moving we asked the person behind us to back out so we could leave not worth it to me at all. Starbucks is better and faster

*Update * I had to leave after sitting for over 20 minutes, paid for my drinks but couldn’t get them, had an apt I couldn’t be late to. And when you try to call them it goes to a corporate number in Oregon.
There are 3 lines, and one worker, they don’t keep track of which cars were in line first so that causes frustration. If they don’t have enough workers two lanes should be blocked. I waited in line 15 minutes just to order. Not sure how it tastes since I haven’t received my drink yet.

Coffee is much better than Starbucks and I like Starbucks! This is strictly drive-through and don't care for that part of this business, but when I need a pick-me-up this is where I will go! Friendly employees!!

Waited in line for 17 minutes and then another 4 at the window to receive one ice caramelizer. Coffee was not really all that good. The young lady that took our order was upset that I needed a little longer to look at the menu. This place needs better customer service training !

Great coffee, friendly people, gosh awful drive through experience. Painfully long wait times for drinks, and if you get in the wrong line when they don't have a person outside taking orders, you are DOOMED. Just like I am right now. This is ridiculous. At least block off lanes when understaffed. You are going to lose customers which sad because, as I said, the drinks and staff are awesome!
