I wanted to go multiple times before leaving a review to make sure the wait times weren’t a fluke. I have now been several times and on average I wait 30 minutes. It’s absolutely ridiculous. At most there have been 7 or 8 cars in front of me at the “busiest” I’ve gone and the wait is between 25-40 min. When I’ve had my toddlers in the car, they are screaming by the time we leave. While I was in line today, I watched three cars back out at different times because they were fed up with the wait. I really hope they get something figured out as it has been months of this. I gave two stars because the actual product is good! But I can’t justify the wait times and won’t be going back unless things drastically change.

This location is amazing! The staff taking our order in line were super friendly with us and the girl Audrey at the window was the sweetest server to my family. We even got some really cool Dutch Bro stickers from them which was really nice!! My drink was made perfect and I can't wait to try other ones from here
Came back another time where my order taker was Hayden and he was super cute and sweet with my friends. Literally every employee here is super chill! My favorite place to come to every day!

This location has the most excuses as to why things are not only slow, but incorrect.

Tonight was the last straw.

Went up to the window to order.

They literally cleared the drive thru line out before working on our order. Even the ones who ordered after us.

When asked how much longer they responded 15-20 minutes more.

I had already waited at least 10 minutes.

I asked for a refund at that point.

That's when they said ours was being worked on. Needless to say that my order was wrong again!

They apologize for being short staff & being the day after a holiday.

If that was the case I'd completely understand, but when I pulled up & parked, I noted the last car in drive thru.

And only to order before not just that car, but the 2 in front of them & you're still waiting....yeah that's just plain inconsiderate.

This location is a nightmare.

Will not be returning & definitely sharing my experience with all.

This location is awesome! Everyone who works here always has a smile on their face and they work hard. Yes this location is very new so they are still figuring some things out. They are most likely short staffed and need more people. Sometimes there is a wait so what if you want coffee you need to plan ahead and get here early. People compare this place to Starbucks but ever since I started coming here I never think about going there anymore. If you don’t like their coffee go across the street but I’ve never had a complaint about my coffee. Definitely give this place a chance I’m glad I did.

I moved down here from Oregon where Dutch is based out of. I have never in all my life experienced a Dutch Bros so consistently slow. I love Dutch but I only come by maybe once a month because I can't count on getting through the line reasonably fast. I can validate other reviews, I have been stuck in the line for 30 minutes as well.

I can only assume it's staff shortages but please fix it!

Been waiting in line for 20 minutes and there was only 3 cars ahead of me, for a simple ice coffee, they move so slow. And they always put way too much ice and I ask for barely any ice

I don't understand the point of a walk up and a drive thru, if the walk up people don't get their drink order until after the drive thru is done. I waited 20 minutes at the walk up window for my drink, while the entire drive thru line was taken care of. Why aren't the two alternated for fairness? Way too long to wait for a drink.

If I could give less than a star, I would. I waited in line for well over 30 minutes today and still had to drive off because it wasn’t moving. While I waited, 4 cars also got out of line and left. I won’t be back . They have one person taking orders at the window and three drive through lanes open, but not manned. During opening week, service was excellent. After a couple weeks, it’s gone downhill tremendously. If they don’t have enough people to take orders in all of the drive through lanes and filter them that way, then they should have a single lane-it is incredibly frustrating that I waited 30 minutes in the middle lane only to have someone drive up next to me in the left and go ahead of me. Such a terrible drive through process. I thought it would be a good/different addition to Hudson Oaks, but honestly it’s not worth an hour for a watered down coffee. Let’s get a Black Rifle instead…

First off, looking at the other reviews, you will see a lot of people mentioning that there is a long wait. Sometimes, yes, there is a long wait. But keep in mind this is an almost brand new location for one of the most popular coffee chains in Texas right now.

In my experience. There may have been a wait, but it was worth it. The staff are super friendly and willing to engage with customers that treat them respectfully, and in employee even gave me tips on learning and coding with C#. The drinks were also delicious, and gave me the kick I needed. I definitely recommend this location if you're looking for a good Dutch Bros. Maybe try and go when it's not packed with cars, though.
