The seat-yourself atmosphere led to waiting about 45 minutes to an hour for our breakfast. Unfortunately, while waiting, a bird flew into a window, fell on a table across from us and then on to the ground. Not the restaurant’s fault — but we decided at that point to just take the food to go. The food was very underwhelming once we finally heated it up at home. Sad
to say that we will not be back.

One of the best pour over coffees I've had in a while! Really great staff as well.
Well done yall!!!

Excellent atmosphere, and delicious coffee. The service was excellent and despite how fancy everything was, the coffee's we're still in the same range a Starbucks.

The service here is fantastic and the food is amazing! The prices are great especially considering the exceptional quality of the food. I will definitely be returning to this wonderful little coffee shop.

When you are consistently out of something... EVERY SINGLE DAY... and costumers complain.... EVERY SINGLE DAY.... How about you increase your inventory. You are a boujie place, all you got going for you is the Espresso Cruffins that make you stand out. SIMPLE MATH.... MAKE MORE!!!

Can’t follow directions. Missing items in order. Says you’re ordering one thing and sends another. Bagel in lox bagel was so hard it made my jaw sore to chew. Lots better places to get food from.

Although I live within a 10 min walk from this location, this will be my first and last visit. Usually I frequent the Design District location as it’s a great place to work during the date, with great service as well.
I arrived to this location and sat on the patio around 11:05 AM, and pulled out my laptop to work After having not been greeted for about 35 mins, I ventured inside to inquire if I would need to order inside or would it be possible to be served outside, as I was not familiar with this location, and assumed you would order inside given the amount of time I spent outside having not been greeted. A gentleman inside informed me that I could sit outside and a server would be out to take my order. I headed back outside, waited another 10 mins, and still was not greeted. I eventually had to come inside to place an order and then venture to carry my food outside.
Interestingly enough, I then noted that other tables around me had been greeted and had water or food.
Definitely not a great first experience, and do not plan on returning.

Cozy environment. Wonderful service. Enjoyed my 9 spiced chai latte. Very well done.

Bagel was great! Service is very busy, but friendly and efficient.
Was there twice over the weekend and tried the Bagel with lox, the bagel with cream cheese, and the big breakfast. Really good!

Stopped by for a late breakfast at 9:30am with 3 other friends and it was pretty bustling so we grabbed a table outside even though it needed to be bussed. No on made any eye contact with us for at least 20 minutes until I flagged down a waiter. He cleaned the table and said our waitress was Bella and she’d be right with us. Another 20 minutes goes by and nothing. I flagged down the waitress and asked for Bella and she said “that’s me”!!!! She was working all around our table and never gave us the time of day until I flagged her down. Everything we ordered took forever to come out and the coffee was cold and our mimosas were 90% OJ. I won’t be returning mainly for our service experience with Bella (I think that was her name) alone!
