Dutch Bros Coffee

My favorite place to get coffee when I’m in the area! Sometimes the line can get crazy long so be prepared to wait. What I’ve loved the most is the customer service from the people at the window. They are super nice and usually do a great job of making good conversation while you wait for your drink. I’m sure it’s part of their training but it’s still nice to see.

Today was my 3rd visit end. The 1st 2 were great. The coffee was good. Today however I decided to use the walk up window instead of the drive-through because the drive thru looked very busy. I. I placed my order at 7:15 AM and by 7:45 AM the drive-through line had cleared 3 times and I got told I still had 5 orders in front of me before my order would be made. Waiting for 30 minutes while drive-through is prioritized over walk up is absolutely ridiculous. 2 stars are given because my previous 2 visits were fairly good and the coffee was pretty tasty.

The coffee here is great, good staff and fast service. However, every time i come here, i do everything humanly possible to avoid that grade-A customer serivce conversation at the door. They're so polite and genuine sounding that it reminds me of how hollow and dead I am when i deal with customer as my own job.

Excellent coffee. My favorite is hot 911. Super recommended.

This place is fresh and new plus a great vibe. My daughter loves the coffee here. They’ve got interesting flavor combinations.

It takes a while to get through the line so be careful if your on the way to work or school.

My favorite go to for coffee! Better than Starbucks for half the price. They have lots of choices including signature sodas. They also have a loyalty program - I just received my first free medium drink of my choice!

The drinks and coffee were good this place got me to drink coffee 10/10 definitely coming back

Have visited several times and always enjoyed the cold beverages. This morning I ordered a hot coffee at the window- 9:05 AM- with 2 orders ahead of me. I didn't receive my drink until 9:22 AM. And it was luke warm with not near the flavor I've enjoyed from the drinks in the past.
