Went in to buy two king cakes, which were great. But the service left quite a bit to be desired. I waited about ten minutes just to be allowed to pay for the cakes, and it wasn't until I began to check out that I was ordered to put on a mask...despite the fact that there were five other customers dining inside without them. So I'm not sure why I was singled out.
Then I was informed that I couldn't pay for a $45 order with a $100 bill due to a "change shortage". I have not been told this anywhere else in the area for months, so I'm not sure what the issue was. I do know that I had high hopes for this business after all of the positive things I had heard about it. But this experience has really turned me off, and I doubt that I will be back.

First trip here with the wife and myself. We ordered coffee, cinnamon roll, scrambled egg breakfast and a breakfast wrap. The coffee was great, the cinnamon roll should've been warmed up, I guess I could have asked... The scrambled eggs and bacon seemed instant and cooked in the microwave. Next time will probably stick with baked goods and pastries, those all looked delicious. Overall a decent visit, but cooking breakfast isn't thier forte...

Large variety of cakes. Very accommodating for large parties. Staff very helpful & friendly. Everything is delicious!

The cashier Amy was super friendly & patient. As we had never been here before. The tomato soup was delicious. It was very creamy. The chicken salad on a croissant was ok. This is the first time I had tasted strawberry tea & it was very tasty. The woman's restroom was very clean & nicely decorated.

When you walk in no employee is welcoming or smiling they all look harried and overworked and overwhelmed. The cake was dry and tasted pre-frozen. The cookies are stale unless you ask for a package of glazed sugar cookies that were glazed the previous day. Bakery? More like a sweatshop that sells baked "goods" that are overpriced and not very good. Save your money and don't waste your time here.

First of all....who ever this man is working behind the register...you sir are not professional in the slightest and one of the most rude people I have come in contact with. Second.... We order one cupcake two waters and a slice of cheesecake. Over $12 for a tiny cupcake that was so dry it crumbled and the frosting was falling off the side...the cheesecake was good but very small compared to the times I've had it before.
The time before that I ordered a London Fog tea and it was like drinking perfume. So so so much lavender just from the few sips I took, it messed my stomach up horribly. The last few times has been horrible visits.
More than likely I am just done with this place.

We had our baby shower at this location in the party room! They exceeded our expectations on food and service. The room itself is beautiful and our sever was so helpful and just really made the party go smoothly, always eager to help us. I would recommend them to family and friends. I’m glad we chose to have it there!

The manager Kyra was very helpful. She took her time with finding ideas for a custom cake. She was intuitive, friendly, just a joy!
