This location too offers a great atmosphere and adorable goodies! They always have something to fit each occasion! Always fresh and very welcoming! However, this location is not quiet, it is most of the time always filled with people. If you are looking for a quiet and calm visit, go see the Calder location.

Love! Love! Love! I had the Sicilian Cheesecake with a Tuxedo Mocha & it was amazing! I also purchased a Strawberry King Cake. I think that they have the best King Cakes around! Their outside seating is also cute & fun! & the staff is very helpful & nice.

Rao's has been in Beaumont for a few decades. They have a great dessert selection. Far too many to list here. You can order specialty cakes decorated for any occasion. Their second location is on Calder Ave near 11th St. Always a good vibe with great coffee selections. Don't forget King Cakes!

Drink was hot and as ordered. Employee was very pleasant to deal with. Happy with my purchase. Will definitely return

A regular customer receiving a bad service today. So disappointed. My tea came out in a to-go cup and I always loved the way you serve my piña colada tea. My friend ordered a caramel frappe and she received a caramel late extremely sweet. So different from other times guys. Keep an eye on the little details that is what makes the difference.

The cupcakes we ordered were super stale. The macaroons were good but, the service sucked…

This was our second visit first visit was ok, seems like every employee here are always so miserable I think they all hate their jobs.

God help you if you ask a questions specially that little young girl at the register, she is so unfriendly is not funny, then we go here Saturday 12-23 to have lunch and on the sandwiches they were out of stock like on all the meats, coffee was cold, and service crappy.

Really to the manager keep a better inventory when ordering from your. Foodservice Distributors, and in regards to your employees, they need customer service classes, training, and seminars.

I refuse to return to a place where I feel the food is not available and the service is poor.

Never again will I go here.

I think if they really had a board big enough at the drive thru to put all they offer it would just be too big I had never been here before so it was hard to decide luckily I had read some of the menu online before going to see if it would be worth the trip so when I got there and seen so many items missing from the menu at the drive thru it was I was able to get stuff that wasn't there because I had read the online menu so if your going to go drive thru I suggest doing the same or going in I'm sure there is still some things I could have tried that I was unaware about but the cheesecake is to die for and personal it didn't have a crust which was a bummer but it comes super cute I wish I'd have taken a picture to put but it's made to look like a full sized cake but about the size of a small cupcake with no icing but like I said it has decorated whip cream and I got the strawberry one so they cut up fresh strawberries and put them right on top these guys are the real deal bakery not just donuts and cakes they made breads and soups its awesome worth a try weather you local and never been or traveling through I recommend it

The hot sandwiches we're delicious but 2 of the pastries we ordered didn't seem fresh. The brown sugar cinnamon muffin was quite good but should have asked them to warm it.

I have always loved this place and I think it's a great place to have a party. But today was the first time I used the drive thru, I thought this was an awesome way to pick up a Birthday cake with a car full of kids. I was somewhat disappointed by the customer service. I recieved everything I asked for but the employee had no enthusiasm and made me feel like I was a burden.
