Was very excited about going. Went to the drive-thru, got no response. Went inside had 4 workers look directly at me, not one said a thing. Cashier literally stood & stared. Didn’t ask if I needed help, offer any recommendations, NOTHING. I decided to leave

This was the busiest we've seen it here in a while but service was still good and the atmosphere is always top- notch. Bacon, egg, and cheese croissant was very good as was the chocolate eclaire. The gelato choices all looked amazing as well but we decided to come back later so we'll see.

We used to live in Beaumont and we were in town for a doctor's appointment so I stopped in for some of their yummy sugar cookies and a coffee.
The food is phenomenal. I got a pack of their sugar cookies, a chicken salad sandwich on some kind of amazingly flavored chibata bread, and a white chocolate mocha latte, hot. The prices are a big nuts. For all of that and a 20oz Pepsi it was like $30-something. I mean, it's a bakery so I expect to pay higher prices but still, something to know if you've never been. Expect coffee house prices.
The thing that irritated me and the reason I took off a star is because there is like zero menus anywhere until you get up to the counter. Then there's a small sign that advertises a QR code to look at the menu on your phone, or a laminated paper copy sitting on the counter. But there's no large menus overhead or any that I noticed that are sitting out anywhere so you can browse while you wait for the other patrons. I don't want to be that chick at the front of the line holding everyone up because it's my first time and I don't know what I want. That's ridiculous to me.
But there's a large variety of foods from soups and sandwiches to Italian gelato that looked amazing, to specialty coffees, and anything bakery related that you can imagine. During Mardi Gras season, their King Cakes are also AMAZING!! Stuffed with flavor and dripping with just the right amount of delicious melted icing.
I would recommend, but look up the menu before you go so you don't feel like an idiot like I did.

I never buy sweets anywhere else since I discovered Rao's. They are the best.

Great service and good desserts. They also serve hot coffee and cold brews,, nut I have not tried them.. All desserts here are very rich, so dieters and carb counters beware. 😊 The Gelato and sherbet are worth the trip on their own. No fountain drinks, but they have a few bottled sodas. First-time visitors need to be aware that prices do run high for a bakery.

This was heaven on earth! All the sweets you could want in one place.

So pleasant inside, homey-feel, inside and outside seating. Everything is displayed beautifully. Very relaxing.

$17 for 6 stale cupcakes I could have got at the grocery store for five bucks. This was my first and last visit. I came through the drive through around 3pm on Saturday October 30. I wanted something special for my son's birthday. I was in town from Lake Charles and had heard good things about this place. I could have gotten 6 delicious gourmet stuffed cupcakes over here for less than the ridiculous overpriced sub par cupcakes from here.

Breakfast croissant was good but would’ve been great had there been a little salt added. Was advised by workers they have no salt and don’t use salt in cooking.

Traveling from out of town and wanted to go to this highly recommend bakery all the staff was so friendly, except the one who helped us. She was really rude and short with her answers. I should have asked to talk to the manager, we spent enough money to be treated better. Food and drinks were awesome.
