Love love love this place! They seriously have the best desserts. The gelato is very good and creamy. I love the little cakes.

Good place with good food, coffee, and service. I’m knocking a star off for cleanliness of the dining area. After sitting here working for 2 hours. I have not once seen one employee come out to clear a table or sweep. Dishes and trash from brunch/lunch are still here well into mid afternoon. Customers are just moving the dishes from one table to another if they want to sit at a certain table.

UNSATISFIED! This place makes wonderful, beautiful sweets. I'm not happy with the service I got on Monday, January 23,2020. Ordered chocolate covered strawberries. I don't mind the cost but expect it to be precenentable. Strawberries we're placed on top of each another. Some of the chocolate got chipped. Unacceptable for a high-quality company. Called the manager and she made excuses brushed me off with all kinds of excuses. If they only had boxes, why not put my order in 2 boxes so they were not stacked on top of each other?

Coffee here is excellent. Their pastries and other breakfast items look outstanding but I have yet to try them as Rao's has become my go-to spot when I need a jolt of caffeine.

Be careful if you have allergies
My friend has a severe tree nut allergy, which could kill them. We went over the ingredient label multiple times, no tree nuts on the muffin. When we got in the car he took a bite and found what looked like a cashew. Didn’t swallow it but still had to take them to the emergency room. Poor dude couldn’t enjoy a simple muffin :(

Fabulous cake as always. Ordered one in July... one in August.. and just picked up my 3rd one a few days ago. Never been disappointed on any cakes 🎂.

Not super happy with how my cake turned out. I was actually very excited about it until I got there to pick it up. The first picture is what I asked for. And that’s what I sent them. The other two are what I got. Not sure why it wasn’t communicated to me that they weren’t able to do the knife or the glass pieces, the manager on duty never said anything when I made my order except “ it won’t be identical but it will be very similar” but when I picked up the cake I was so disappointed. No knife or glass pieces in the cake. They asked what they could do to fix it and honestly all I wanted them to do was to make the cake like I asked. Over all it was sloppy and not done well, it tasted really good but I won’t be ordering from here again. That was the first and last time I order. Just super disappointed and a huge waste of $50

Very enjoyable anniversary desserts. Staff were very kind and overworked. They were short handed like everyone else right now.

I have been here multiple times and have tried various items. Their coffee is pretty good as are their dessert fruit cups (not sure what they’re called exactly). I am not a fan of their icing though. Any time I have tried it, it’s usually unexciting and tastes like plastic. I do think there are some yummy treats there that may be worth getting, but I am steering clear of anything with icing.
