Really nice family owned restaurant. The food was good, and the chips were fresh and crispy with salsa that was hot enough to get your attention but so well flavored you didn't care.

Pretty bland for my taste but good consistency. The puffy taco shell was more like a torta bun sliced thin. Not crunchy at all but ok. The queso tasted like it came from a can. I enjoyed the salsa, it seemed homemade, and the chips were very tasty!

Breakfast at Anita’s was amazing! The food was cooked to order and had amazing flavor for a great price. Very affordable for a Main Street restaurant. The tortillas were house made and you can smell the goodness on them.
We had the:
Mexican scrambler- eggs with chorizo and bacon. Soo good.
Huevos Rancheros - great classic.
Tortilla soup - yummy soup with chicken, tortilla chips and avocado. My wife called it a “religious experience.”
The usual sides of potatoes and refried beans were cooked just right.

Food is tasty, it's our favorite spot. The waitstaff is nice and helpful. It can take them longer when they are busy, you can tell they are trying to get to everyone so please be nice to them.

Great fajitas. Very weak and overly sweet "top shelf" margaritas! Thankfully, the awesome service and food quality made up for it! (Avoid the margaritas unless they change them!)

When you walk in to this restaurant, you are immediately met with the delicious smell of authentic Mexican food. Their staff is so friendly and will do their best to meet your every need. It can get a little crowded at times, but you won't mind that too much once you get your food. I highly suggest getting their pork chops! They are deliciously seasoned and cooked to perfection. Some of their dishes could use a little more salt, but that's better for people who need a lower sodium intake. They make all lf their tortillas and I really cant express how delicious they are. I really do suggest coming here and enjoying this establishment.

Amazing puffy tacos! Delicious enchiladas! Food is terrific.....service is great! Cool atmosphere....love the building. Could use a little more lights inside but it's nice and cozy!

Great stop to Austin, Tx folks! Had the chorizo and was very satisfied. Waitstaff Alejandra was very attentive and vibe was great. Always stop and never disappointed with the fluffy flour tortillas. Those were my fruit roll ups when I was growing up. Slap that butter and rolled up…..then deal with the drip on your shirt later! LOL 😀

$16 for a bowl of Menudo is outrageous, but you do have that right. you do not have the right to charge for using the credit card without telling the customer first. I will not return!
