Staff were all friendly, but service was quite slow despite not being all that busy, and 1/3 or so the tables being closed. The salsa was weak, watery and flavorless. Food was also generally pretty bland, was begging for some hot sauce or even just s&p. Can't imagine I'd be back, plenty of much better options nearby.

Chips and salsa Att, chicken fajita soft taco plate was very good as was the taco salad. Our waitress did a fantastic job waiting on us.

Food was good but super slow service, we waited 10 min just to get somebody to ask for our drinks, and another 10min to get our drinks. Mean while the 2 waitress where talking and taking care of other tables but they never came with us! They had to send somebody else to take care of us. And not that good service too!

Great restaurant on Main St. in Bastrop. The service is great and the food is delicious. Am a regular here.

I signed in for a table before 1pm on Sunday and at 1:15 I was told that they would not be able to serve me because they were closing at 2 pm and they asked me to leave. I was so embarrassed because I brought family to eat from out of town.

The best Juevos Rancheros in Bastrop!! In the top three Mexican food restaurants in Bastrop!! Great food! Good service!! And, best of all... homemade corn tortillas!!! That gives them the edge over the other two top Mexican food places!! Treat yourself! Go eat at Anita's!!

Looked up several places to eat and Anita’s caught our attention with HOMEMADE TORTILLAS! Did not disappoint. I had Larry’s Plate and it was delish. Husband had the Carne Guisada Plate and it was so tender. We are going back for breakfast!

Took my Mom here for lunch. She had the cheese enchiladas. We left and took her home and a short time later she was sick and throwing up.
Our first and last time eating here!

This is a quaint little place on the corner of downtown Bastrop. It was our first visit and the food was good and service was prompt and attentive. I had the cheese enchiladas and my wife the chicken fajita plate. Everything was good.

The best Tex-Mex in Bastrop. Great food. Excellent service. Homemade flour tortillas. Good prices on breakfast and lunch specials. Only negative is they aren't open for dinner.
