Great food, great craft brews and wonderful atmosphere! A favorite when we visit Abilene.

Today was my first visit to Grain Theory and it was a lot of fun. The fish was amazing along with the staff.

Really good beer. Location is clean and offers several seating areas and styles. Haven't had food yet, but would like to come back to try it.

Great vibe. Upscale but casual and relaxed. Fish and chips were perfect. Great addition to downtownAbilene.

WAY overpriced. Tasteless food. Music so loud we could not hear each other talk. $19 for 2 pre-coked and reheated pieces of fish that appeared to have a crispy crust, but in fact was limp and poorly seasoned. Never again!

Love this place! The coffee is amazing, the beer is good, the food is delicious! The steak frites has the best steak I have ever had, their pretzels are so light and fluffy on the inside and chewy on the outside but slightly over salted. The fries and sauces are awesome! The staff were really friendly and very helpful. My only complaint is they were out of a few of the drinks we wanted. When we went for coffee one morning they were out of baked goods also, which was a bit of a letdown. But I would definitely come back!

I’ve eaten every meal on this menu and holy hell! These guys have it down! I recommend the buffalo frites for yourself and if you’re real hungry the fish and chips is basically half a shark! Did I mention the beer?! This place is also an amazing brewery and I’ve literally never ordered the same beer twice! They consistently changing the drinks up and have never been disappointed! Get here and see for yourself! <3
