O’Hara’s Bakery Cafe

We absolutely LOVED Haven, so were bummed to see they were closed down for a while. The food, coffee and service were top tier. After visiting Lexington from Philly today and seeing they were finally opened after the remodel we were so excited go back! It was disappointing to go in, stand at the “order here” place at the bar for to go and not be greeted. Understandable when you’re busy on a Saturday morning. However, we stood for about 7 mins while some employees just stood and looked at us. That part I couldn’t quite understand, so we left.

I really enjoy O'Hara bakery cafe's Sunday brunch. My daughter, grandson and I love the food and layout especially the omelet station. The young man that cooks the omelets does a superb job!! We have been twice in the last few weeks and have been impressed both times. We will continue to come here for breakfast or brunch, the food is the best I've had in all of lexington. 👍👍👍👍👍

Where I do start,unsure how this place keeps getting high reviews. I've been there 3 times and the 3rd time was this morning. I ordered take out which consisted of coffee and a few pastries. While everyone is friendly the service is horrible,waited 25 minutes for someone to take my pre-made pastries out of the display case. Also while I was waiting there noticed you probably need to change your plugged air conditioner filter. The food isn't bad but the service is horrible.

Sunday brunch. Very good. Not overly garish, but covered all bases. Omelet station. Chicken w ginger. Sausage gravy over world class biscuits. Wait staff and mgmt superb. Price surprisingly low. I hesitate to tell you how good it was because I don't want the line to get too long. Save me a seat!

Great chill place. Very hip and offering healthy and gluten free food options. A lotta Jesus in here though. If you’re a heathen, you might be uncomfortable eating here. Jesus art, quotes, and music everywhere. There was even an amazing piece of art depicting the son of god enjoying a nice espresso. I wish I stayed long enough to ask if the piece was titled The Last Breakfast. Great coffee and service, but after a while the Christian rock drove my non believing soul out. Praise be.

Brunch was great this Saturday. The food is excellent, and they are working so hard, despite short staffing. The owner served our table because he had one waitress for the whole place.

I had the breakfast sandwich with bacon on a croissant, and whoa was it full of flavor. Rich and just a tiny bit of pop from the seasoning on the perfectly cooked over easy egg.

My husband had biscuits and gravy. I don't eat that dish, but he says they were excellent with a lot of sausage in the gravy, nice in a restaurant dish, and with a flavorful cheddar biscuit that was crisp on the outside and super fluffy in the middle. His scrambled eggs were also great.

Keep up the good work!

Went just to get some cake to-go.
Placed was crazy packed but we got served pretty quickly. The ladies cutting the cakes were very overwhelmed as they were getting orders mixed up so it was taking 30 min to get 2 slices of cake when people were were trying to tell them what was wrong but they were essentially cutting in front of other guests. So if they could tighten up the ordering process it could be better.
Cake was absolutely delicious!
We got red velvet and strawberry and they actually tasted homemade!
Can't wait to go back and try more.

Fastest service I've ever had, got my breakfast in under 2 minutes, and tasted great!!

Ordered the vanilla iced coffee and monkey bread. Both were delicious and Morgan was super friendly! Prices were also exceptionally reasonable! I definitely recommend!
