Duck Donuts

Good Donuts. Ordered online which was easy. Wish they had an all chocolate donut. Here's why I gave only 3. There was at least 8 employees working and the orders weren't being made right or in a timely manner. I saw a kid walking back and forth from the back carring a handful of oreos for one donut at a time. Saw someone get a refund because of a bad order. My coffee was cool, however they remade it. Maybe a bad day for them. I say give them a try if your craving donuts, if they do good for you, leave a good review to balance mine out.Good luck.

First visit to duck donuts and we didn’t pay attention to the time and they had literally just closed. They must have seen the sad face on this pregnant lady because they came out and asked what they could get us so we asked for just one donut. They kindly made us a half dozen for free and sent us on our way. Sooo super nice! We will gladly support them as paying customers when we return. The donuts also tasted amazing!!

We visited on Memorial Day for breakfast. There were only two families ahead of us, but it took about 25 minutes for us to receive our 3 donuts.

While waiting I was very displeased with the manner in which the male manager talked to the three female staff members. He proceeded to remind them that they are each his 'Work Wives', and that they would all be referred to as Wife 1, Wife 2 and Wife 3, instead of their actual names. He informed them on how much better they actually are than his ex-wife. None of the women appeared to enjoy this conversation and remained working quietly throughout his talk. He then proceeded to the register, and loud enough for all to hear (including families, children and staff) says, "Let's see how many hours have been worked this morning? 9. That's good. And how about profit? " He mutters a number and then loudly exclaims, "That sucks!"

Our donuts were completed and they did taste great. Unfortunately, our visit was overcome by a foul manager and his rotten discourse. I regret not saying something in the moment.

Love Duck Donuts! Will always visit their locations after discovering the original in Duck, NC. The plain donut is probably the best tasting donut I’ve ever had and the toppings really turn it up a notch!

My daughter and I stopped by this shop on Mother’s Day for something sweet, not knowing we we in for a big surprise. Scott and staff was so cheerful and friendly. And we got Sweets for the Sweet Treatment. I Thanked them so much for all the Love. We’ll see them when ever we come back to visit. ♥️

If you're on a diet, stay away. But if you don't care about any of that and LOVE fresh, made to order, how you want them, cake donuts...OMG 😍👅 then this place is A-M-A-Z-ING! I'm kinda glad there's not one of these places near me because I'd be there way too much, eating way too much. Another bonus...really good coffee!

Every Duck Donuts we've been to is all around excellent, and this one is no exception!

These were wonderful and the guy working was alone to handle the orders and making everything. He was patient and did a great job. I wish I would have gotten his name. I know he has to get his steps in everyday. Make my daughters day.

These guys are barely open for 6 hours a day, we showed up hoping to get donuts and their machine was broken and they didn’t have any donuts ready to go because they make them “fresh”.

Staff was super friendly and accommodating. Donuts were delicious.
