Duck Donuts

Been going to Duck Donuts for several years. Almost stopped going a couple years ago because of the rude, hateful manager of the store. He stood back with his arms crossed and verbally abused employees and looked at the customers as though he thought they should hurry and get out of his store. This year it was a very pleasant surprise to walk in to. The store to a warm friendly smile from the current manger and staff with smiles in their face. Donuts still wonderful but it was a pleasure to go there again.

Absolutely AMAZING DONUTS!!!! They made them in front of us as we ordered. Literally the freshest donuts we have ever had! And they tasted so good! And even though they are made to order they get your order out very speedy!!! Try their chocolate graham!!! Will definitely be going back when I'm in the area!!!

Quick and easy online order pickup. These donuts are probably the best I've ever had. I'd highly recommend a donut sundae as well - the cookies and cream flavor was outstanding!

Awesome experience and donuts were great!!! Made fresh in front of us. My 2 year old loved it!

This is the first time I've had cake donuts and actually enjoyed them. I love the concept of custom ordering your donuts and each one is small enough that I don't feel too guilty trying each one we ordered. Will definitely come back next time in town.

The staff (Tami) was great went above and beyond making sure I got the doughnuts I wanted. Wife says were going back tomorrow morning.

If you are going here please know you are going to wait. Unfortunately we waited an hour to find out they lost our order. So if you are going to go you have to constantly track your own order. Doughnuts are fresh made and you can choose your toppings but honesty and hour wait for doughnuts ain’t worth it.

So glad this place has new management and is open!!! I ordered 1/2 dozen donuts last night to be ready at 7:30a today. Only had to wait about 5 minutes for the donuts, but that wait is nothing compared to how this place used to be! Workers behind the counter had such a great, upbeat attitude that made it a great experience. The donuts were so delicious as always. This place is such a staple for Hilton Head! Tip: Place your whole family’s order online the night before for pickup first thing in the morning if you can. This gives your kids time to really pick out what they want, and then they’re ready when you come in.

Went here few years ago. Used to be good. Worst Service ever! 6-19-2022 DON’T DO ONLINE ORDERS, No management. Just 15 year olds playing with toppings. One guy probably missed his boat and we were delayed a half hour after pick up time and only got service bc we demanded it. They kept asking what we wanted, online order! It’s on the receipt!

Delicious 🤤 had to make our order online and pickup in 45 minutes. Think they shorthanded ATM. We never miss our chance to grab while on vacation.
