Really cool place 😎. The hostess was very nice and welcomed us with a nice smile. The atmosphere was very nice and welcoming. The food was great and our server Hector gave great recommendations. The hamburger was very tasty. Only problem was I didn't leave room for one of those great looking desserts 😕 my fault 🙃. Next time traveling this direction a stop here is on the agenda. Thanks to the staff for a great lunch. Love the cat.

This place lived up to the reviews and the pictures I saw. Even coming here on a cool and rainy day, it was still very pleasant being here.
Loved that this place was basically in an old home that had been in the area for years. It felt very homey eating out on the porch.
I loved the OJ and the Staff Favorite "May River Sunshine" cocktail. It was exactly what I needed that early afternoon.
Now, the reason I'm not giving them 4 on service was due to one error or maybe misunderstanding. Me and my sis were told the special salad of the day included blackened Salmon among the other ingredients. However, upon the plate being delivered I was like this is pretty but doesn't look like any salmon was included.
Despite this, I found the food to be absolutely delicious. It was "the" best meal of my trip. Everything on the plate, despite being chaotic looking, was seasoned to perfection.
Give them a try and don't forget to go inside and take home some baked goods

Went to Cottage Cafe, Bakery and Tea Room today and it was great! I had Shrimp and Grits with a nice side salad. Dessert was a strawberry and coconut cake. Everything was freshly prepared and delicious! The service was outstanding! I will be back soon!

If you are looking for a lovely place to have a sip of tea and a pastry (or something to eat) then this is the place for you. Be sure to ask for the TEA MENU (yes they have a separate menu just for tea and it is wonderful!). You can get your own little pot of tea and they have probably 60+ different flavors. I usually just get a pastry to match my tea, and their pastries are fresh and excellent. I have heard that the food is excellent as well. The atmosphere is cozy and quaint. I have always had good service, everyone is friendly and helpful. Love this place!

This dog friendly little casa is a must see. The Cottage itself is charming and the outdoor porch dining allows for some sunshine and people watching. The coffee is always tasty, the specials always intriguing, and bakery always full of worth while indulgences. It’s a place with a lot of personality that I always look forward to coming back to.

Cute little spot for weekend brunch! It can get a little busy at times but they were able to find a table for us. The food was really good and filling and the whole vibe was super nice, definitely tied into the whole little town/village! Awesome place!

The worst dining experience I’ve had in a long time. It’s going to take some time to recover from how awful that was. We were told we were going to wait 15 mins but we waited almost an hour. Nothing was edible. And it was expensive. My (terrible) Prosecco came in a wine glass. Ordered a vegetarian meal that came with bacon. The table was so dirty - possibly used a floor rag to wipe the table. One of the servers was nice enough but the rest need more training. All in all a really horrible experience that I wish I could erase from memory. Two Thumbs down.

We have been here many times for lunch, nothing short of perfection each time...finally tried it for breakfast last week and were absolutely not disappointed! Service was friendly as usual, outdoor seating comfortable (even on a hot day!)...and the egg scramble was delicious, hit the spot!

Good to big size portions, depends on who you ask. Food was great, service was quick. Ambient was peaceful and full of southern vibes.

We sat outside, the wrought iron chairs were a little rusty but a fun atmosphere. A little crowded and you can here the next table's conversation. The service was quick. Our waitress was on top of all our requests, even though it was extremely busy. I had the Southern Lady eggs Benedict. It was delicious. The cucumber Bloody Mary hit the spot. Coffee was strong and a good cup. My husband had the Mango avocado crab cake salad and it was outstanding. Other than the tight quarters, there is nothing to find fault.
