We stayed in Hilton Head for 6 nights and this was by far the best meal we had! Do yourself a favor and get the award winning shrimp and grits! The fried green tomatoes was also very good. They also have fantastic dessert options...chocolate peanut butter pie was awesome. If you’re in the Bluffton area definitely stop here you won’t regret it!

My wife and I went here while on our honeymoon. I got the blue crab, corn, and bacon pot pie and she got the Mufoletta sandwich. Both of them were out of this world. She loved her sandwich and my pot pie was the best thing I’ve eaten in weeks!! Loaded with fresh sweet crab meat, it was absolutely out of this world! The setting/view was excellent. She got one of the chai teas and it was delicious as was my medium roast coffee. We would highly recommend and definitely hope to come back one day!

Delicious lunch. Our server Morgan was great and the Superfood Salad and Tomato Pie were both decadent! Cute atmosphere in an adorable town!

We simply love this place! Hilton Head is a halfway stop for us when we travel to NC from FL and we make it a point to eat here. The staff is incredible and dogs are welcome to dine on the quaint front porch. Also, the food is amazing! The last stop I ordered the lobster tacos and they were so good I took a photo, which is something I never do.

We decided to give this place a try for breakfast, after walking by it many times, and I’m glad we did. The weather was perfect for dining on the patio and we didn’t have to wait to be seated at all. Our server was fantastic and the food was brought out in just 10 minutes or so. I order the corned beef hash over toast and my wife ordered the hammy eggs Benedict. Both were excellent.

Always a great time at this welcoming little sweet spot! "Shrimp & Grits & Eggs Y'all" is delicious. Another fav is the "Juevos Mamasita," then again everything is really good. Don't even get me started on all the amazing dessert options!

The best part is the warm, sincere service with a smile. They have a wonderful team of people who make the experience even better! After I've had my fill, The Cottage is just a short walk to the waterfront.

Small place, but they do have dinning out side. Baked goods are fantastic. Eat in or take home. We did both

Our experience was amazing our food was delicious our wait staff was amazing our food came out in minutes. We had no problem going through the kitchen to use the restroom as it is a historic Cottage on a historical landmark and cannot be changed we love the Ambiance of the little building and chose to eat there because it is not a chain restaurant. We will go back when we are in Bluffton

I always love the Cottage. Their food is great With a lot of variety for choices. We ate outside and we skipped the fabulous looking desserts. I had the Cajun shrimp with fried green tomatoes and they were outstanding.

The Cottage Cafe, Bakery is a cozy restaurant located in Bluffton SC. It has a nice front porch with tables for dining outside. Food is comfort food including local fish and shellfish, salads, sandwiches and yummy homemade desserts. It's a neat place. Well worth a visit.
