Ebru Coffee Roastery

Wow, finally had the chance to stop by. So the place is clean, perfect temperature, and comfortable seating. The coffee is high quality, this is coming from a coffee drinker. It is rich and balanced, this is hard to achieve, yet they delivered. The food was great I had the bacon, egg, and cheese on a croissant. You can easily tell how fresh the bacon and eggs were, later I found out they serve farm to table which makes sense. Will definitely return, highly recommend.

Finally had the opportunity to stop in after driving past the location repeatedly and saying to myself
“ I really need to check this place out ” and I’m so glad I did.

The vanilla latte that I ordered was definitely one of the best I have tasted. Coffee is bold and flavorful and finishes smoothly with no bitter or heavy aftertaste. Staff is friendly and the atmosphere was good. Standard coffee shop crowd talking and working on computers... place has good energy. Definitely a nice and well needed addition to the area.

I come here at least once daily, sometimes twice. Vanilla latte with dark roast is my jam...sometimes a cookie or other sweet treat to finish the ensemble. Every subsequent latte seems to somehow create more joy than the previous, it's top-notch stuff and the benchmark every other coffee-based drink must compete with for my adoration. The food is creative, fresh, and unpretentious but delicious by every account. I taste the friendship and creativity in every bite and sip, hence my daily addiction. Stop by if you haven't yet, if you like coffee and food I'm really not sure how you can walk away with a less-than-stellar experience. Jan, Ash, Ell, Violet.....thank you always.

I pass every day on the way to work. All of the employees are friendly and knowledgeable about the coffee and the various drinks. They also habe a small menu of breakfast sandwiches which are prepared fresh. The bacon egg and cheese on croissant was very tasty. The muffins are fresh. I loved the double chocolate. Definitely recommend.

Pretty good, however upon learning about management behavior I will not return.

I had an espresso tonic at Ebru Coffee and it was well prepared. The shot was well balanced with chocolatey and fruity notes. The staff was friendly and made my time there enjoyable. Great tunes being played as well.

best coffee drink of my life. iced latte with oat milk and a little caramel. it was so creamy and they didn’t load it up with ice to water it down which was great. the coffee is not bitter at all here- well roasted! Fast, friendly service in a great atmosphere too

Excellent beverages and food, limited menu done perfectly. Staff and atmosphere are top notch as well.

Their espresso is intelligentsia level, absolutely fantastic! If you have a few minutes to sit and wait, definitely try a pour-over, you won't be disappointed. Owner is incredibly nice and has a passion for coffee. He also took the time to show me the grind size to aim for Chemex when I bought a bag of Black Honey for my home brew. Completely even roast throughout the bag so far and delicious. My new local roost for roast.

Fantastic single-origin coffee and relaxing atmosphere - an instant fav. The staff is exceptionally kind and experts in what they do (and fun to chat with). Everything is made in house (beans roasted - pastries baked)

I recommend a cortado, fresh croissant and a bag to take home.
