Ebru Coffee Roastery

Nice to have a local run coffee shop I can walk to that isn't a starbucks. Quality plain black coffee and always an eclectic muffin flavor combos along with sandwiches and other menu choices. Inviting coffee atmosphere with great friendly staff. Packed in mornings 8:30 right after I usually get there.

I go to Ebru regularly for a reason. The Brazilian dark roast is awesome. A coffee shop that roasts their own single sourced beans makes great coffee. There is a small menu of sandwiches. I had bacon, avocado, greens, and sundried tomatoes on a multigrain bagel today. So good!

Coffee is good but service is horrible! There were only 3 people in line in front of me but they were so slow. Only one tiny paper menu for every customer to use (talk about spreading germs!) and one cash register. So if there’s anyone in front of you, you’re forced to wait however long it takes for them to decide and order. No one even acknowledged me for about 5 minutes either. 3 employees on site but only 1 working. Why have that many people when you only have the equipment to serve one customer? Owners should staff less bodies and use that money for another couple menus or training for their employees. Can’t see this place lasting long based on service.

Found this gem of a coffee shop through Google Maps. Best Find Ever! The coffee was fabulous, the muffins were to die for, and the staff were super friendly. All this and the atmosphere was gorgeous!

My only complaint is that I live an hour away!

I had to wait a little bit for my coffee but good things take time. This is the kind of place this area needed. Will definitely be coming back for more.

The service here is absolutely amazing people are very friendly and the coffee is also just great. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Beautiful little coffee shop and roaster. Took the time to ask me what I liked when I said it was my first time there. Coffee was the best I've had in a long time. You have to try the nitro brew.

IN LOVE!! i came her with a friend and FELL in love. Absolutely stunning place to visit if you are a hard core coffee lover like me. The coffee was just right, i usually have to add stuff but not here!! they made my iced carmel latte perfect!!

Ebru Roasterie is a very hip joint. I had the avocado toast with a poached egg and it was delicious. They roast all their coffees on site and have many different types of beans to which you can roast the most delicious coffee. Their house coffee what's the dye for! I would highly recommend stopping here simply because you will not be disappointed. Thank you to everybody in there it is always enjoyable when I stop by!
