Ebru Coffee Roastery

I’m incredulous - I’ve lived in this area for 5 years and am an avid coffee/espresso enjoyer and just found Ebru. Meticulous, perfect brews. Come check it out. P.s. I’ll get better photos next time I visit!

Best mocha latte I have ever had. The coffee was thick and rich and needed no extra anything. Delicious, will definitely be back.

Very kind staff. I got a cortada and watched the staff take care in dialing in to make sure the shot was what they wanted to serve. Very good coffee. The environment was very pleasant and inviting. I'm visiting from Detroit, but if I lived in the area I would regular ebru.

Ebru is a favorite of mine anytime I’m in the area. Every shot is consistently amazing, any milk steamed to perfection, and the toast… If I didn’t love the lattes, I’d go here just for the avocado toast. 🥑

Ebru is a great place to get delicious coffee and great food. They're a roaster as well, so every drink they brew tastes fresh and vibrant. Not to mention, the staff/owner are super friendly. I highly suggest ordering a cortado or just a pour over of their latest roast.

Coffee and lattes are great, oat milk available and delicious avocado toast with a poached egg, staff is friendly and sometimes a seat is hard to find due to popularity

Absolutely loved the cardamom mocha iced latte. Wife loved her iced tea. Girls working the counter were very nice and gave fantastic recommendations. Almond croissant was great! Will definitely be back!

I'm not really a coffee connoisseur. But my uneducated opinion of this place is, I liked the coffee I purchased and so did my girlfriend. We got there as soon as it opened and the gentleman behind the counter took the time to explain every drink in every process behind the drink. And as he was explaining it it was clear that he had a passion for growing various coffee beans and also had a knowledge of them. And because of that it made the experience that much better. It's always nice to see someone who takes pride in their work.
