I've only had their coffee and food twice but already I can tell they take pride in what they serve. Coffee both iced and hot tastes so fresh and rich that its wakes me up no issue! Also the croissant sandwiches are delicious! Highly recommend trying this place at least once!

As someone who lived in Turkey for a decade, I was intrigued by the Turkish name and decided to stop in. (Ebru is a marbling art, as well as a girl’s name.) I was glad I did! A friend had suggested meeting up at Starbucks yesterday afternoon. I ordered the same drink here today and it was SO much better - absolutely delicious. The owner and staff were friendly, too, despite being very busy. I don’t live in the area or I would be a regular!

Enjoyed an excellent almond milk cortado. The barisata was extremely knowledgeable about her products and helped me pick a bag of beans for home. I'll definitely be back!

Best coffee in entire Pennsylvania. Delicious espresso, just wow! My best espresso shot in my entire life. Thanks to owners!

I really enjoy the atmosphere and coffee quality from Ebru. My only complaint is that the service is very slow and the prices are too expensive. A few times, one of the baristas have rung my up my order to then walk away and have no one start on my drink (or even forget about it). Theres almost always a line so don't come if you're in a hurry. The manager with glasses is always super nice. I know the coffee is good, but comparitivley to other small roasteries they are amount double the price.

Finally! Outstanding coffee roasted locally in Audubon! The coffee is roasted steps away from hand crafting your brew. Well worth the trip!

Haven’t had a bad item yet! Today we had the regular drip coffee and an iced chai latte with avocado toast and the bacon and egg sandwich on a croissant. The coffee and latte were very good and my wife liked the generous portion of avocado on the toast. The croissant looked like it was going to be a little too crispy but was actually toasted perfectly! I would suggest maybe two strips of bacon on that sandwich as one seems like it’s not enough but still an extremely satisfying. We will be back!

Simple menu, simple place. Good for creative thinking, relaxing, or just having a moment with your friend. This place is perfect. Don’t change a thing.
(Simple menu is a complement - do a few things, than do them right, Ebru does this in ♠️)

Highest quality coffee in the area. Owner is passionate about the business, and it’s a nice place to hang out whether you’re working or catching up with a friend.
