Went on looking for a great bean for my first attempt at cold brewing. Had the pleasure of speaking with Ash, as he discovered my taste profile, and was able to sample a few type of house blends to confirm what would best suit my taste. He directed me to a wonderful bean, that they course ground for my needs, to return home to begin the experiments.
Even though this shop is 30min from me I will definitely be returning to keep my cup full.

Tried the nitro cold brew. Didn't think it was anything special but was not bad either. Place was very busy. Staff seemed to get easily annoyed but was friendly with me.

My vanilla chai latte was the best .Phoenix took great care of us and the atmosphere was relaxing and happy :)

It's a small coffee shop with an unconventional setup. Their coffee is rich and flavourful. They have limited options in their menu but everything on it is amazing. They have in-house roastery as the name suggests.

I've lost count of how long I've been going to Ebru, but they have the best coffee and cafe food around the area. The coffee itself is roasted and brewed immaculately, and their other offerings such as a lattes do it justice. The baked goods and hot breakfast offerings are always on point, as they incorporate a home cooking approach to everything, so it isn't too sweet or salty, always just right. Finally, the staff is always top notch. Everyone who works there is super friendly, talkative and passionate about coffee. Had a great first-time experience visiting Ebru. The coffee was well balanced and smooth and the matcha tea was one off the best I’ve ever had! The staff member was so friendly and knowledgeable about products and the overall business. For sure would recommend!

Really enjoyed the ambiance and my drink (got a matcha Delgado!). Also the barista was super nice!
