I've been here twice with friends. Cozy place. It does get packed on the weekends but the tea and coffee are special. This time I got got the chai latte tea. Try it out.

Decent coffee shop, middle of the road as far as speciality coffee shops go. Food was pretty good, I’d rate it better than their coffee. While they do pour overs and other speciality coffee style drinks I wasn’t very impressed with the brew or the beans I bought. Roasting seems below average.

I miss Ebru. As a barista in training it was my favorite place to work, and I wish I had never left. Texas coffee just ain't the same, everything is bigger here BUT the coffee :'(. Ebru is 15/10, if you're close and don't visit this place, what are you even doing?

Best in town latte and chai tea.

I am so glad I stumbled upon this gem of a cafe. For a third wave coffee shop, this is as legit as it can get. The coffee has all the aroma and distinct notes a single orgin bean should have. I am a huge fan of their cuppa as well as the culture of the place.

Ebru is a coffee shop situated just off a busy intersection in Audubon that roasts and brews onsite. The space is bright and airy with an industrial chic vibe. I spent a few hours there, working remotely, and was impressed with how consistently hospitable and passionate they are.
The coffee was solid and I was pleasantly surprised by the food. Expect a small selection of sandwiches and pastries which pair well with your choice of tea, coffee, or espresso beverage. I went with the bacon, avocado, and veggie on multigrain sunflower bagel...fresh and flavorful. After sitting there for a couple hours I also had to grab a PB&J muffin. Highly recommend if you’re a fan of classic peanut butter cookies.
Ultimately, this an awesome spot for a morning or midday pick-me-up. Considering the reliable WiFi and ample parking it’s also the perfect spot to spend a little downtime!

Excellent, smooth roasts in many options. I highly recommend the Ethiopian as a pour over!
Knowledgeable and very helpful employees. We will be back!

By far the best place to get coffee and breakfast. All week I think about either the bagel or sourdough sandwiches. Super fresh and great quality. Worth every penny!

Excellent coffee and great service. The blueberry muffin was so delicious and moist! Ample parking and fun location to sit and watch the cars go by. To-go containers were all eco-friendly which was an added bonus!

Fantastic! First time here. This local independent can hang with the best in major cities. I had a Peruvian poured from a Chemex. The flavor was so bright! Try a sip before you add any cream, you'll be surprised. It's great to have this new coffeehouse nearby.
