Dutch Bros Coffee

The Dutch Bros in Sweet Home is absolutely amazing. The young people that work there are always friendly and professional. They told me that i rated a veteran discount, which i didn't know about. Highly recommended

As someone who is new to Oregon and it's culture, Dutch Brothers coffee has become a permanent morning fixture for me. It gives me the get up and go required for my every day routine. There's many reasons I choose DB to get my coffee, but I'll just outline a few.
The customer service is incredible. The staff really make you feel like you're part of the family. They are interested in how your day is going, and they outwardly relate in a human way. Some folks think this is a tip-grabbing procedure, but I think they're just friendly people.
Another benefit of drinking DB is their wide selection of drinks, both coffee and non coffee. My favorite is a large hot trifecta with whipped cream. Oftentimes I'll get a Dutch freeze which is a non coffee drink similar to a milkshake. They have canned drinks, called rebels, coffee, tea, shakes etc. I've yet to try them all, but I've enjoyed what I've tried. The ONLY reason this is a 4-star review is because DB Sweet home seems to have consistency issues. If I order the white cup late mocha every day for a week, it will taste like a different drink every day.
Something not often considered, but appreciated is their cups are thick enough to keep out the cold, and in the heat. They don't burn your hands when touched. Most often, my friends don't realize this perk until I mention it. It's one of my favorite parts!
So, if you're in sweet home, or really anywhere in Oregon, try things the Dutch way.

Stopped here on Father's Day after a day on the lake expecting to get a free Father's Day drink like they have always done. (Mother's/Father's day and birthdays) was told they weren't doing that but they were giving out stickers. I hand her my debit card and stamp card, she takes it then hands the debit card back and says "oh don't worry about it, it's free. Your stamp card is full." All with out ever a smile or telling me happy father's day as she looks right at my wife and son in the pickup.

I mean.. Who doesn't love Dutch Bro's and the overly happy kids that work there?? Deep down we all know we love it. And actually I think the kids who work at this one are even nicer than most, they always say hi to my dogs and give them pupachinos ♡ Thanks SH Dutch Bros!

Good coffee! But today on my on my way to work. I was waiting on a little black Honda for around five to seven minutes. Mind you I'm cutting it close to get to work on time but Dutch Brothers is my treat on Fridays. (I am stuck between cars and can't just leave.) Well the little Honda left without getting handed anything because they are doing nothing but chatting. I'm done with the sweet home Dutch Brothers. just irritates me to no end. A hollow "I'm sorry about that" apology when I pull up doesn't cut it. 2-17-17

The service was great the people there are so nice Our drinks were perfect and I keep seeing like reviews on here saying people didn’t smile at them or tell them happy Father’s Day I think that dumb are really nice here it’s a great place to come the Coffee is perfect

Good people with great coffee. The crew here is awesome. If you are a regular they try to remember your drink. Reminds me of Cheers with no beer. 😎👍

I often pass it by and go to one of the Lebanon ones. 4 out of 5 times they get my drink wrong.
Today it took 3 attempts and still got it wrong. 😕 How hard is it to make a not so hot skinny mocha with extra foam? After 3 attempts, I still got a burning cup! I should have just continued on to Lebanon where they almost always get it right.
It's frustrating to leave a tip and then find out you didn't get the drink you ordered.

Some of the employees at this location are snobby and rude. My father had gone thru and bought a drink after he handed his change over for his drink he also handed over his stamp card. After he received his drink he had asked for his stamp card back and he was told he never handed it over. I watching my father hand the card over after his change. To be called a liar after having a witness to the whole thing happen is ridiculous. My dad will no long go to this location.

These guys are fast, friendly, and accurate! The drinks are always top notch and even a line of 10+ cars flies in and out quickly, with smiles on everyone's faces.
