I pulled up at 7pm the truck in front of me was talking to the kid for 5 minutes while we waited. We get to window and the kid says we close at 7pm sorry telling me where else I can go. I'm staying in town for work and go to this place 1 or 2x a day
I will not go back horrible customer service 😤 how much would it have taken him to make me 2 drinks ? Oh well customer from Salem here spends 10 bucks a day and 2 tip 7 days a week lost my business 🙄 😒

I ordered a cold brew w/ oat milk & the entire cup is packed with ice.. there's maybe 6 oz of fluid. I also wish they would have asked how much oat milk I prefer bc it's very strong.

These girls are snooty and rude. Then if they have a fit at the window they are hanging out the window sitting in the window in their short shorts taking their sweet time talking to guy in front of me for 5 min to try to get a tip. The one on mcandrews have the worst. Then when I come up to the window now being a dude, get the worst service, what do you want she says... get with it. This is sexualixing your customers by acting promiscuous with male costumers to make buck, it's gross and my kids were in the car asking why that lady was hanging out the window acting like that taking her sweet time. I haven't gone back since... it's disgusting

I went to Dutch Bros today for the first time (11/8/21 around 12:40p) and never will recommend it, at least this particular stand. I just moved to Oregon and was explaining that it was my first to the barista. The barista was a younger male. He could not have seemed to care any less about providing good customer service. He was not wearing his mask properly, and did not know his menu at all. He said "there's not much to do around here, and all I do is work." I find it strange for someone who works all the time to not know their menu. I explained what I typically would go for and he didn't really have any suggestions. He had to ask his coworker what was in the drinks that he suggested. I opted for a watermelon/peach strawberry rebel. I asked for no ice and to add cream. They ended up blending the drink and not putting any form of cream in it. The clothing he was wearing was baggy as well, not business casual or professional in the slightest. He proceeded to ask me if I was in high school, (which I clearly was not, and had just explained we bought a house which is why we moved down to Oregon) which I thought was inappropriate. My husband was baffled, sitting next to me in the car. I am highly disappointed both in the customer service and quality of the drinks.

This was our first time at Dutch Bros and we absolutely loved it. The employee Kai was so friendly and he walked us through their menu to help us order. The drinks were amazing and there’s something here for everyone! Starbucks who?

Always one of the Quickest, most Satisfying experiences of my day!! The crew at ANY of the Dutch Bros Coffee kiosks are eagerly waiting to make your drink to your highest level of satisfaction and if it's not right they'll make it again !! 😉
