Our vacation ended early because our gas tank was stolen off of our boat overnight in the marina. This experience ruined my husband's plans of showing me his favorite lake.

My wife and I found this resort and just fell in love. We stayed in a couple other places, but nothing compared to the amenities and the cleanliness of this resort. We found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. The camp host makes you feel like you’ve known him for years. They have a Pub and pizza restaurant right on site which makes it so convenient on the nights we didn’t want to cook. The laundry room is the nicest and cleanest we found. The coffee shop and store are an added bonus, as they sell everything you may have forgotten. With propane, firewood and ice right onsite, we hardly have to leave while staying here. We look forward to staying here every year. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We’ve had several good experiences at this RV resort. We popped in often to do laundry. The last time, however, the dryer completely ruined our entire load. It melted/burned the clothes. Big H was kind and understanding as usual. :) The manager, Steve, however, took my name and number and never called me after he was supposed to file a claim with the company they lease dryers through. I called FOUR (maybe even five or six) times over the course of two weeks to follow up and he returned my call once to say he hadn’t filed it yet and would call when he had. That was almost a month and a half ago. Very disappointed!! There are no temperature settings on the dryer and he even admitted that they burned up some linen from the cabins they have on the property as well. Yet, no signage for customers. It will cost around $300 to replace the gear that was ruined. I’m mostly just bummed he didn’t call or follow up with me ever. Even if the dryer co couldn’t do anything...It’s the principle of it and poor customer service. I hope at least they now have warnings in the laundromat. Otherwise good atmosphere and friendly staff.

Not a bad place at all! Clean, beautiful views of the area and the lake is amazing. However, I live here and what follows is my opinion only. The pizza is ok at best, the rest of the menu is pretty damn good and fairly priced. The bar is good sized and drink prices are reasonable for a "resort". My only and one issue is with the staff. Customer service there is definitely and utterly lacking to say the least. God forbid and help you if ever have to deal with the bar manager.

US Military Veteran owned park.

This reviewer is a retired disabled vet. I am happy to give great reviews to vets (and I do give positive reviews) and hate to give poor ones but this one gets a poor one...

Stayed two weeks at this overpriced RV park but was willing to come back and stay a month, even with the non existent wifi, overpriced propane, dogs off leash and digging holes next to our spot, dilapidated spots and facilities and non working washers and dryers. Even put a 100 deposit down and that is what got me here...had to cancel the month stay, called and gave 2.5 months notice and they refuse to refund. Not annotated on their policies page nor is it told to you before you make the reservation. Only after the fact and buried on their receipt.

So no refund, this is an absolute policy I was told by the nice lady Debbie in the office whom I feel very sorry for. I know I wouldn't want to deliver that news to those on a budget trying to get by in these tough times. But hey, here we are in capitalist just out for me times.

So long Osprey all the veterans sites and other review areas will see me sooner then you will. Bummer.

Wonderful gem outside of coos Bay. Stayed in a wonderful cabin I amazed by the activities available. Will definitely return with the kids

I really enjoyed this campground a lot and wish we could of stayed longer then 1 night. It had everything right there you could want--including a coffee house and a little pub/restaurant. We ate at the eatery and were very pleased with our meals and my coffee the next day was excellant. The showers are always important to me since i rarely use our shower in the camper. It was very clean and I had plenty of room to shower and get dressed without feeling cramped. Our site was very level and did not require any adjustment. Everyone we came in contact with was very friendly and helpful!

This is our favorite place! We camp here every year over my birthday weekend and I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else.
The staff is wonderful and always friendly. The spaces are large and parking is easy.
The pizza/pub is just soooooo much fun! ((If you like tequila, be sure to try a Sam Hill Hooker!)
Ten Mile Lake is arguably one of the most beautiful lakes in the world!

Thanks Osprey Point RV. We’ll see you again this Summer!

A little run down but great if cable and wifi isn't needed. Park employees very nice, clean laundry room and propane on-site. The Pub & Pizza was superb!

They allowed tent campers in rv spots. These tent campers had a bed out on the grass. Mess everywhere on the table. I pick trailer spots because it allows for privacy. Very loud, people do not follow the quiet times posted. This place has the potential to be beautiful but needs to be managed better.
