Dutch Bros Coffee

I have been trying to get in touch with this company since being charged twice for 1 drink. They asked for my info (credit card info) and date it happened and never returned my email. I was charged TWICE here and the 2nd charge was for the wrong size. Fix it please. This is not right.

A fun group of teenage girls. The menu changes every month, and if they mess up your drink, they make it right. Only downside is that it's only a drive-thru, and the lines are long. But the girls are usually pretty quick.

Great product but SUPER SLOW!!
And I'm a Dutch fan but this is ridiculous ...20 minutes in line and I'm still 4 cars back!...nobody raking orders outside!

Love my Dutch Bros. Best coffee I have ever found. Always friendly staff and love that they donate to Muscular Dystrophy every year. Especially meaningful to me as I have Muscular Dystrophy.

What a friendly crew!!! I always get greeted with a smile!!! They have speedy service and they always make my coffee just the way I like it!!!!

My wife and I drove through Astoria on our wedding anniversary yesterday, and we had a full punch card, so we stopped in to get a blended rebel :) The girl outside with the IPad who approached our car was quite excited to take our order, until she realized she wasn't going to be talking to me, she was talking to my wife. Suddenly she was less than enthusiastic. The young lady at the window had a very good attitude. Asked what we were up to, and when my wife mentioned it was our anniversary that day, she got all excited for us, and told us she hoped we'd have an amazing day and always be happy. She almost made up for the attitude we got from the runner outside. We'll return next time we're in town. Even on vacation, we need our Dutch fix.

I started with DB in Grants Pass, then moved to Astoria and was most pleased when a franchise opened up here!!! I love this DB and the service is outstanding and always cheerful and helpful!! They always start and sometimes end my days with a smile and happy attitude!!! Seaside DB, is great too, I just frequent the town I live in more!!!

My husband and wanted to stop and get some coffee on our way out of town. We ordered a latte and an Americano ( because they didn't have drip coffee). I'm giving a one star because they didn't ask if we wanted cream and sugar in the Americano. It was undrinkable. Super sugary and creamy...

I couldn't find a coffee shop near me and I use Google and I found this little shop.
The young girls that work there was very gentle.

They are not just baristas, they are family. I can go to them and say I need my mom and dads coffee, and they know exactly what I'm talking about. They are my favorite people. I will never stop going here. I live in Portland but this location is my favorite.
