Absolutely better than the competition across the street. Moca freeze is terrific but a large was too much of a good thing. Service was speedy with the app although it was quite busy. We were able to bypass earlier customers. From the west coast to Edmond, Dutch has the best service!

I'm glad this location opened - it's on my way to work, and I've stopped twice already but forgot about the app until now. I love the atmosphere and the people who work there! The orders are filled quickly and with friendly send off! :) Thank you!

Mediocre coffee and we were given an incorrect order even after verbally confirming the order.
The line is very slow since only one barista works on the drinks, the other forces small talk at the window
It’s overpriced for the quality of coffee. Specialty drinks lack flavor and while the descriptions say they have 2+ shots of espresso, it doesn’t taste like it.
Their app doesn’t support mobile ordering which makes drive-thrus more efficient like at McDonalds, Chick Fil A, and Starbucks.
Your time and money would be better spent elsewhere.

The most unorganized drive through ever. Waited 45 minutes for drinks and not even an apology for the wait. There is no rhyme or reason to who they approach for orders in the drive through line and really need more than one person taking orders.

This was the second time I have gone to Dutch Brothers in the morning. I waited over 15 minutes and I was only the 3rd car in line. They appeared to be understaffed this morning July 29, 2022. Upon walking out of the store the young man taking orders went to the second line that had formed and I was there before this vehicle. I will NEVER go here again as the service is severely lacking, no organization whatsoever in the drive through lane. I left and went to SCOOTERS COFFEE around the corner. Waited less than 5 minutes and was served with a smile.

This location is beyond slow. Why have a drive through without the option for people to leave the line. Once you are in the line you cannot get out. So disappointed

I’m very disappointed. Both car lines open when only one person is working the traffic. When you get to the window you have to remind them what you got and at least once a week you have to get it remade.
If it takes too long you might be tempted to try the walk up window. Somehow that goes even slower. I’m sitting here right now waiting for my 3 drinks and it’s been 15 minutes.
If you want good coffee try it if you’ve got nowhere to be. Otherwise don’t bother. You’ll be late.

One more edit. My drink was wrong too. I reached out to HQ to see if I could help with the problems I was seeing but they weren't interested in hearing from me. So here we are.

Was so excited to try this place but it was a nightmare! Pulled up and started to order, was told they “didn’t have menus” so I asked for a latte with dairy alternative milk and raspberry syrup, but half way through my order another employee came up and started talking to the person taking my order, I sat there for 4 minutes while they chatted with each other. When they were finally done he has me pull into the other lane with a rude attitude. Gets my order completely wrong. I finally get through ordering, he never tells me my total and takes my card, then tells me to stay in that lane and pull ahead tries to keep my card, I had to yell at him to come back and give it back to me. I sit waiting holding up the entire drive thru for almost 10 minutes, everyone behind me has their orders and are getting frustrated at me. Lady finally comes out with my order and says just so you know we funnel people thru the drive thru lane so next time get in that lane.
I tell her I won’t be back and what happened while ordering and she smarts back “just so you know, our trainers just left and we have 50 new employees so it’s not our fault” ABSOLUTELY WILL NEVER RETURN!!
