Black Kite Coffee

If I could give a negative review I would. First off, 7 dollars for a pour over? That’s robbery. Second, I asked for an iced pour over, that I waited 25 minutes for… 3 people were served before me. It was the worst coffee I’ve ever tasted. It was so watery, tasted like bad iced tea. Would never suggest this place.

What more could I????? The most comfortable: quiet: tranquil place to sit and have a lovely cup of coffee!!!!!

Do BLACK Kite, hire "black" people?

I hate to give bad reviews but this is honestly due today. I try to see the good in everyone and everything but today I went to get coffee with my Fiancee after church today and she had asked what was in the winter spice blend and the guy gave her attitude and then I asked if they did pour overs and the guy said "yeah but are you sure you really want that it's going to take a long time.." as he gestured at the row of cups Infront of him. I asked him if it would be any quicker to get a latte and he said "no you'll still have to wait like everyone else." Nowhere and at no time did I ask to get my coffee before anyone else just that I wanted a pour over and the guy did everything he could to convince me not to get it like me wanting it was a burden to him. To top off the ordeal we waited forever for the coffee and then he was yelling out a completely different name than mine when we picked it up. The guy never once even apologized for any bit of this and I was very close to walking out the entire time. Honestly I don't know if I would ever go back to this place especially after how that guy treated me and my fiancee. If this is how you feel it's okay to treat people when they ask for something then that's sad.

Cute place with a chill atmosphere. The brunch options were really tasty and our coffee selections were all great! The service was a little slow though. We came with our moms for a mother's day brunch and everyone stared at us when we walked in like we didn't belong, so it's very much got that college vibe, but overall very nice!

I love this coffee shop! It is really inviting and everything tastes delicious! The only warning I give is that their pies are meat pies, not dessert pies. They are still delicious but if you were hoping for a sweet piece of pie that's not what they sell. They do have a few.oyher baked goods and bagel bombs that I want to try next time.

Waited half an hour for an iced latte of the week (lemon/blueberry latte). When I finally got my drink (after my friend asked about our drinks twice), it was warm and there was no flavor. The plain iced latte was decent, but not what I ordered or was charged for. There was a steady coming and going of people, also waiting ridiculous times for drinks. The environment was pleasant, though. I will stop elsewhere in the downtown area for coffee next time.
