Have been here mang many times! Atmosphere is comfortable and products are yummy (love that they offer vegetarian/vegan options) BUT ... the parking sucks and the baristas are either new and sweet, but clearly untrained or OG and not kind.

Best hot chai tea I've ever had! Omg. Neighborhood isn't great but hey it's worth the visit. Me and my companion had a good time, really comfy atmosphere, nice decor, and nice staff with fast service.

Their bagel bombs are delicious! I tried a honey and cardamom iced latte which was surprisingly so good! Will definitely stop again if I am passing through

Great Vibes, Friendly Staff and Great Beverage and Food Options. Very creative indeed. I love the brunch options. Ample parking spaces and street parking available. Big windows for natural light. Creative decor.

What a great surprise! Grape vibe, good coffee, and tasty pastries. The artichoke spinach ball I had is made in house and had a yummy, mochi-mochi texture.

Absolutely positively best local coffee and brunch. My food was delicious and original. Highly recommend. The parking is a little tricky but all worth it!

I love black kite so much. It's such a modern but homey vibe. There's multiple seating options for different preferences, including outdoor seating, couch chairs, stools, and traditional tables of 2 sizes. They've also just brought back their brunch. It's an amazing place to sit down with some food and a drink and get some work done on a computer.

I loved the waffles with granola. It's filling but not heavy, the jam and strawberries worked well together. There is ample street parking in the area, lots of natural light, and a pleasant staff with a clean open kitchen concept. The coffee was above average (more four stars than five), but this waffle dish was a hit.

Coffee Quest 2021:
$2.00 for two shots of espresso over ice with caramel.
The shots were okay and I couldn't immediately tell if there was caramel in it. The staff was indifferent and not particularly friendly. Over the years I feel like Black Kite has dialed in their dine in atmosphere and so they gain a star over my last review. They also had very affordably priced espresso compared to almost every other area shop.

Fun place for great coffee and a quick bite. Weekend mornings are a good time for bringing your little ones for story/sing-a-long time. Then the Midday brunch begins (Sat & Sun only). Try the Aztec coffee! Mexican chocolate, cinnamon and cayenne.
