Ordered. Then watched 5 others get their order, asked about mine and the female working the cash register had input it in wrong. Told her what the correct order was and she still input it wrong. Nearly had to spell it out for her, then she told me they were out of boba.. after serving 5 previous people boba.. the BOBA restaurant was out of boba. So I asked for my money back, store credit or a gift card because boba is the reason I would like a boba tea. And she said it would take 3-5 business days.

Loved the tea, just the customer service is lacking. They misplaced my order and were rude when I confronted them. On top of that, they managed to mess my wife's drink up in the process. The staff acted fairly rude and I had to use my 11th free drink just to replace my wifes order. During the process of remaking my wifes drink, the staff, once again, messed the drink up the third time. Sad part is, I would have paid for my corrected drink, but due to their attitude and rhe general sense of "oh well" I left my drink on the counter and left. I would love to speak with the owner sometime.

The tea cups are smaller the other local boba shops at the same price. They also fry their chicken in the same oil as the seafood so it affects the taste of the chicken. I will admit that the tea is very good.

Drinks and food are pretty good but they struggle with actually following orders, it makes no sense for a worker to read an order, completely forget to write it down and then make us pay again for a drink they forgot to serve us

First time being here and I've never been . The lady was very nice to explain the drink section . I got the strawberry one with milk and what ever bubbles it is . It was amazing and it was clean . I wish you guys used skim milk too . Thank you for the wonderful experience 💜 I'll be telling my friends about this place .

They were very informative about the different options and flavors available, the employees were extremely kind and I now plan on coming back any time I'm in town. The Pina colada is delicious. Definitely give it a go!

I worked here for a bit and you’re expected to do everything for so little pay, you get paid under the table the first 3 months and for $6.50 an hour + tips. Then after 3 months your pay goes up to $7.25 an hour. At the mall location there’s no running water so they wash out the blenders before making a different drink in the same dirty water unless they drain it out and pour clean water which is very unlikely if it’s busy. And the owner lives across the country.

Love, love, love this place. There are so many options to choose from and there are also some snack options if you want. They have green tea and black tea base that you can add different flavors to and then add boba to form a fun pop or texture. I would recommend this place to anyone who like flavored teas.

Went to this place today with my kids and my mom. The first thing I noticed the girl at the counter was struggling with the register and with understanding the orders. The lady in front of us had to depart her order 3 times. It was our time to order and we ordered. We ordered 3 drinks. When we first ordered we asked for a boba drink. They ran out of the blue beads for the drinks. That the main reason we went. So we ordered a couple other drinks. Mine son ordered a strawberry slush. And they give him a strawberry taffee coffee drink. First why would we order a coffee taffe drink for my year old. I tried to return the drink and get my son the slush. They said they had a no return or exchange policy. Once you ordered. Because the cashier repeated you order. This policy is posted no where in the around the cashier or in the building. The girl just said it's the manager rule. And there was no manager on staff. If you have this policy why would you put a girl who is training on the register. And a girl who speaks broken English. Just moved to fayetville. We used to go a lot of places like this in vegas. Wont be going back. And I will let everybody know about this shady policy.
