Came in 2min before 9pm (they close @ 9) Monday through Saturday. And the team behind the counter were all super nice and friendly. I got my special order of Taro Milk Tea with NO / Zero sugar and bobba plus 2 kinds of jellies. #Heaven.

It’s 8pm on a Saturday and it’s three employees and they said they are closing. The hours say 8:30pm so why are they CLOSING?
Edit: I did leave my phone number to be called. Still waiting. So what time do you guys close at the mall? If it’s 8pm like the employees said that’s cool just update your hours online. Thanks. I’m aware of the economy as well and I enjoy spending money with you guys instead of places we used to go to. We love your product.

Great service, and some of the best bubble tea 🧋in town. The staff are super friendly. And for a great price to boot. Love coming here whenever I can. Highly recommended the Thai Milk Tea or the Brown Sugar Milk Tea.

I love bubble tea and I was so excited to see they had one in my hometown when I came to visit my parents. I ordered a pineapple green tea with mango jellies. Once I got it and tried it, I didn’t like it. So I asked if it was possible for me to simply just exchange since all prices are the exact same, at least for the items I would get. The staff was polite and helpful, but informed me that they couldn’t do that. Everything was final sale and there was no refunds. Lol why? I bought something I didn’t like, and I wasn’t trying to get my money back, I simply just wanted a different tea. Anytime a customer has informed, especially within that “2 bites/2 minute” timeframe, that something wasn’t okay with their order or if it wasn’t enjoyable, we as people in the service industry attempt guest recovery to determine a solution to what will ensure and deliver an enjoyable experience. And unfortunately I didn’t get that. I just didn’t know that is now a thing, that you couldn’t get a drink traded out or any type of recovery. You just have to repurchase a whole new drink. Never experienced that before. Appreciate the knowledge gained from this opportunity.

The only downside to this place is that they are always busy and only have a handful of workers at a time, so sometimes it takes a while to get your order. But honestly that is a good sign for a small business. Every drink I’ve had from here was amazing, and the menu is huge. There is truly something for everyone here.

The drinks were amazing! Customer service was bomb! The only thing I noticed was the counter tops were very dusty and things could be cleaned up in there such as walls counter tops windows floors! The seating is very awkward and I think staff should have once a month deep cleaning tasks where everything comes down off counters and is thoroughly cleaned! I also did not enjoy the smell in there it smelled like old grease. When I left my clothing still smelled of the restaurant but not in a good way.
