Bubble Tea Express

Never seem to have boba. It’s very unfortunate that this is the case with a “Boba Tea” business. Possibly reconsider having boba in the name or finding a different distributor.

I don’t recommend going here for boba tea.

I won’t be returning.

This was my first time visiting your restaurant and I will not come back here again, I order a a regular bubble tea when I got my tea it was wrong it had no milk in it so I told the cashier this is not right It is suppose to have milk in the tea and the young slender girl with short hair making the tea rudely said that I cannot remake your tea you will have to pay for another one. Why should I have to pay for another one if you got it wrong in the first place. I was so upset I walked out. I didn’t even want a refund I just wanted my Tea to be right. This is not how you treat your customers we are the ones that keep your business open

Love this place! I’ve had bubble tea all over the world and this is my favorite bubble tea place. I’ve never tried any of their foods but I know they have meals and they smell delicious so I can’t speak on the food but the teas do not disappoint!

I absolutely love this place I been here 3 times in the last week. Really good, and I recommend the Signature tea.

Staff was very nice and friendly. Bubbles teas were decent, but not as flavorful.

Ordered from them twice this week! Amazing service, and the B Jasmine milk tea is delicious!

I visited bubble tea in cross creek mall and was shocked to find smoke coming from the area. What's even more shocking is how dangerous the area is considering there was a power outage and then one of the outlets caught on fire. I'm more worried for the workers who have apparently been told by their boss to keep working in that hazardous situation. This is in no way okay and there needs to be serious changes made.

My kids and I love this place. The drinks and food are awesome. The customer service on the other hand.....could use some work. The guy that works at the register.......meh!!! Dont really care for his attitude. If you dont like your job, then find another one! Other than that, place is amazing.

I've always had a pleasant experience here. They are quick and never too busy I wish they offered discounts to repeat customers I prefer them over lol the fusion teas are great along with the pot stickers.

Today 6/27/2022, at 1:14 pm, James was attentive and kind and made me feel welcomed. I will definitely be back.
