I would love to give 5 starts to the two employees in the front. They were quick and friendly!!! Thank you!!
However the younger woman cooking needs to be retrained! No one had ordered food ahead of me. It was kinda slower than usual. The lady In the back took longer than expected cooking my chicken. 10-12 minutes because she was too busy conversating. Then I get my chicken finally and it’s wayyyy too coated with seasoning! I Can’t even eat them! Very disappointed with that!! Normally I get them and they are lightly seasoned. This is horrible!!

I don't know why there's so many bad reviews but everytime I go it's been awesome and the teas and smoothies tasted good. I did give it 4 stars because sometimes they don't put enough boba or they run out.

Even though I did not like it, my husband and son did. We all agreed that the jelly is a little too sweet. The popping candies were not what I excepted and was too sweet as well. Customer service was great. The facility was a cute little clean place. Prices are very good though.

The staff are polite and quick. And there is a lot of variety in drinks and appetizers. Our personal favorites would include the Honeydew Melon Milk Tea and the Mango Slush. We visit here often and the quality is always on par.

Brung my daughter there yesterday because she specifically wanted bubble tea from that specific location. We stumbled across the business last year and had a great experience and bubble tea, so decided to give it a try again. On our visit yesterday it was not all that busy and the two girls working, were rude, had attitudes, never acknowledged us even though we stood at the counter waiting for ten to fifteen minutes for them to say hello, we'll be with you in a minute, just give me a second, how are you.....they said NOTHING. Then when the girl came to the counter to take our order she was short in her communication and rude as if we did something to her by us being there or as if she hated her job. I don't care either way, being kind goes a long way and I came to spend my money like every other customer. Besides, they both chose jobs working with the public, so if they don't know how to turn it off or on as far as how they present themselves, they shouldn't work there, or maybe management should consider someone with a better work ethic and ATTITUDE to micromanage. Would give 0 if I could for the terrible customer service, though I no longer care to visit there, I hope they improve in that area.

Ordered a white chocolate mocha coffee drink, was told they can't make it after waiting a good 15 minutes, yet it's on the menu. Was told they'd have to make it a milk tea. Asked about getting a different drink they acted as if they couldn't do that and said they couldn't give a refund. If your not going to sell something you shouldn't have it on the menu period. This isn't the first time I've attempted to order that drink and got told they couldn't make it, but the first time I just assumed the machine was down. This time he flat out said they just don't like to use the machine. And the drink is on the menu because they do sell it, they just can't make it 🤔

I like the burista, Hannah Rios is fast and friendly customer service..I like the passion fruit bubble tea, it's always the best, when I go and get it. Hannah makes it very well. Thanks to , Hannah Rios , more of my friends go and buy from here.

So this is going to be a long review. The newer baristas need more training I must say. I first started with this light skinned girl and she was slow that another barista named Hannah had to come in and take over. I thank hannah sm for my drink, due to me being in a rush for my sons soccer game!
