I always love Bubble Tea. However, I suggest not coming to this location in the mornings. Even though it was a little after their time to open, the employees made me wait outside for several minutes. This was not the first time they gave me a hard time about it.

I love bubble tea and can drink it all day...... But this spot is just a no for my husband and I. When we first walked in I realized it smelled off and the floor was sticky, but gave it a shot. My drink was very watered down and didn’t taste great. I then found myself picking pieces of plastic wrap out of my mouth and it went straight in the trash when I got home. My husband had a slushy and he drank maybe 2-3 sips before getting stomach aches. I will never go there again. Also there's a sign that says to wear a mask inside but its clearly not being enforced, there was a small family there without wearing mask.

They make the best boba smoothies, always fresh boba! We also like to get the fried chicken in a bag.

They have always had a very friendly staff. I also like that they have a punch card option for people who can't get enough of bubble teas. They offer many different types of options from milk to slushy to green tea. They have regular, popping and jelly bubbles you can add to your drink. I have not tried their food/snack options, but it always smells good when someone walks buy with them.

Amazing place would get 5 starts if it ever had normal boba, every single time I come they never have normal boba, so far 5 times in a row. Just go to the one in the mall I guess just sucks. if it happens again I’m just not coming anymore.
Update I made this review 7 months ago, just came in again today to give it another shot. Still No boba, what’s the point of calling it a bubble tea shop if you don’t have the boba aspect of it. Updated it from 3 stars to one star. Just very disappointed. Going to try a new shop some one recommended in the comments. Sadly this ends my 8 years coming here.

My daughter and I stop by this Bubble Tea Express at least once or twice a month. They have so many options to choose from. They have fantastic teas and Boba which is what I always order. I highly recommend this Bubble Tea Express for any occasion.

I will start this review by saying I WAS a loyal customer.... stopping in almost weekly for years. I have been watching a steady decline mostly in customer service. They are now frequently out of several things including boba .... the main thing most people stop in for. Today they were slightly busy. I waited at the register while they caught up on drinks. When they got to finally she told me they weren’t making slushes or smoothies. I had just watched them make 5 smoothies. I was appalled when she told me it was because they were too busy and didn’t want to make them. This is the final straw. I will never again spend another dollar in this establishment.
There is better bubble tea up the road at LOL. They will get all my business from now on even though it’s not on my immediate drive home.

Don't get me wrong with my rating as far as the drinks I give it a 5 star my rating is due to the customer service at the Fayetteville Nc Westwood location there's a young lady there that is very rude to customers when they are making the order acting like we bothering her. If you don't like to be bothered with people you need to work from home or some other business. The second is I patronize the one in our mall here and everything I go to request a snow smoothie is always we don't have the the ice for that but they can make the other drinks with ice if you gone run a place like that then please put a ice maker in the business this is discouraging to your customers trying to patronize your businesses

Worst day to go. This place is a big weekend favorite for my family! BUT Today changed that. The cashier got our orders wrong. So when they were calling out the one they made, we weren't responding, and then this other girl pointed at me and shouted "YOU ORDERED THIS!" And I was like, No!!! And told them our orders again. So they got it figured out and she just went back to the kitchen without even apologizing for her behavior. Like, dude! Be civilized!!! If she was cool, we could have maybe accepted what they made and go on but she was rude af!!!!!!!
