Was hoping to make this my go to place when I start classes next semester but the customer service here is underwhelming. I came in and waited in line for over 5 minutes without ever being greeted and when they finally got to me they thought it was funny that I didn’t know I was supposed to pick out a milk tea flavor. Excuse me, I’ve never ordered here. When ordering in Hawaii and California, milk tea was pretty standard. Rather than buying two drinks, I ended up ordering just the one and my last from this location.

My face mask could not filter out the smell of unwashed cooking/eating surfaces. Floors sticky-clean, not squeaky-clean.

I am so disappointed. This place used to be so awesome with great service, and excellent bubble tea. I loved bringing my kids there. However, lately I have been getting such bad service. I went in today and was so happy there was only one person ahead of me, so no long wait. Then out of nowhere we are told we have to wait until the next shift switches out to take our orders it took them 20 minutes! They could've at least started making the orders, instead we all just stood there not knowing what's going on. This isn't the first time I have had bad service a lot of the staff that are not new always seem to not know what they're doing and then get frustrated with the customers. I gave 2 stars because although the service is terrible the bubble tea is good, which is why I'm so disappointed I wish that I had a different experience.

Had to wait 10 mins for the boba, but they were so good! I ordered a second drink with double boba. You should hire one person cooking boba 24/7 or get a bigger pot!

I stopped by today (April 10, 2022) at 1829 to order a Boba tea. As i was walking in, 2 people were walking out with drinks in hand. Before i even made it into the restaurant, I was informed by both the workers that the restaurant was closed and they weren't serving food or drinks anymore. It confused me a little bit since the sign on the outside does state it was open and closes at 1900 and on Google it also states 1900.

Have been loving this place for years! Although it’s a drink place , I love their little snacks . 🤗 However, I have decided to no longer be a patron to the establishment. More times than less, this kitchen is closed or cook is out . Unacceptable. Simple . And I have literally been complaining about this for years . And all the most recent reviews are aligned with my sentiments. Smh

Used to love this place but seems like no one wants to work these days. I’m a restaurant manager and I use to go at least twice a week. The last time I called to see if I could place an order and they said they weren’t doing them at the moment. I was livid after I pulled up just to find an EMPTY store. Really ? No one was there and they couldn’t start my order? WOW I could I understand if the store was busy.
The other issue was I wanted popcorn chicken. It was 5 pm they close at 8 and they guy says oh we are going to be cleaning the fryers tonight so all food is unavailable. Why would you not wait until closing to do the fryers? So mad!

I’ll try again anyway but if this continues I’ll have to find another spot.

I was looking at the lady while making the Smoothie, putting the powder in the mixer. I thought i was mistaken ,, few minutes later I figured that it was actually powder. And It has nothing to do with the fruit smoothie. Plus the costumer service is horrible and they would be starring in a weird way.

Fast and friendly service. Ordered our favorites Strawberry lemonade cooler with pomegranate popping boba, strawberry slush cooler with strawberry popping boba, and banana smoothie with mango popping boba. As always delicious and satisfying. The kitchen was closed at that time but we would have ordered their delicious pot stickers..
