Bubble Tea Express

I will always go back for when I need a treat. The menu is wide, and they always have new special yummy drinks.

Lady at the counter was rude and when they gave us a small instead of the large we ordered, she wasn't happy to exchange the correct size. Even after seeing we paid for large. This was around 430pm on Sunday Jan 23. My son who loves this place says other times he has come he had Great Service. He was the one recommending us to all go. I also edited rating based on owner response and will re visit an update rating after.

I love this place but when I came in at 6:45 I was told they weren’t taking anymore orders and that they were closed. The website says 7 and the sign on the door says 7 so I’m a little disappointed. I’ll still come back but it is very disappointing when you leave your home and get there 15 mins before closing just to be told no, but the open sign is still on.

Edit: Thank you for responding. I was going to purchase 2 galaxy lemonades. As soon as I opened the door a girl said I’m sorry we aren’t taking anymore orders because we were suppose to close at 6:30. I never even made it to the counter.

I would honestly give a 0 if it was an option. I just spend almost $16 on a large popcorn chicken with half the amount I normally get in a large and a boba vanilla slushy that had absolutely no flavor and was extremely watered down. When I asked if they could remake it, with actually flavor, they said they’re not allowed. There are other boba places in town that have nice employees that actually make drinks the right way so I will not be coming back to this one ever again. Waste of money.

Best bubble tea in Fayetteville. Can’t go wrong with the bubble milk tea but if you’re feeling fun get the mango tea with pomegranate popping boba (pictured). They also have punch card for all the tea enthusiasts

We ordered $45 worth of drinks and snacks, left them a generous tip. We discovered one of the drinks had an ingredient in it that had gone bad. We returned, politely pointed out the issue, brought the drink back in. They were very unpleasant, disputed the issue, and did not offer any refund. (Its possible I did not correctly identify the problem with the drink, but *something* was very wrong with it, as several of us tasted it and there was something *rotten* in the drink) Bottom line: they treat their customers very poorly and we wont be giving them our business

I am awarding 3 stars due to the Boba being pretty hard and tough to chew. We were the 1st to order out of 2 other groups, and the individual that ordered last received their order first before any of us.

I like this place, 90% of the time the customer service is good. Drinks are good only downfall .. different ppl make the same drink but taste different a lot of times. Love the food, sweet potato fries are amazing. The dumplings & popcorn chicken are pretty good too.

I usually love coming here, but this morning I’m not sure if someone called out or they were dealing with some sort of crisis but the cashier was unnecessarily rude to customers and they were not even ready to open…people were walking out, not sure if was the owner or not, but customer service skills are a must regardless
