I thought the service, coffee, and food was great! The gal that helped us answered several questions for us. The cinnamon mocha and egg & cheese on focaccia was delicious!

Good coffee. Nice staff. Very slow service. The egg sandwiches were just microwaved hard boiled eggs. Disappointing!

Tried to go inside with my kids to get ice cream, was yelled at at the door by an associate. Told i had to order online and wasn't allowed in the store. She was absurdly RUDE. If she had offered to take my order at the door I may have reconsidered. Went down the street at donuts on a stick for ice cream.

I had customized mocha few times which was really good. And their Vegan Sandwich and bagels are great too!

Poor service with wrong pictures on website. After placing the order it was totally something else. They don’t even talk to you and run inside, if you are that scared of virus then it’s better to shut the place. At least put the right products on website so order placed is what you want.

owner is very rude. lots of produce they use for juice looked to be rotten or just gross. ordered a mediterranean salad and the mixed greens were slimy.

Terrible customer service! Made the mistake of coming back after the owner complaint about other customers to my friend and I. The staff was extremely rude!
When we asked for a cup of water after spending $20+, we were told that they would have to charge us for the cup... even though they give out free coffee for every $10 you spend when you place the order online.... makes absolutely no sense!

Website and signs say they open at 7:30am showed up at 7:30 and it was dark. CALLED and the recording says they open at 8am, ok so we waited and placed our order online like they ask you to on the website and signs. 8:15am and still no one has arrived to open the store or answer the phone.

Loved loved loved this place!! Stopped in for some food and coffee multiple times and it was so yummy! Very impressed and enjoyed every bit of it. Definitely would recommend this
